This is our second time staying here. I read some comments saying this place is run down. It’s not. It’s just older but if you like the rustic cozy camping feeling then you will love this home. They are also very great about communicating and making sure you are happy. It’s an easy check in and check out process. The hot tub is very clean and warms up nicely. The home is clean and the beds are super comfy. My hubby, my 4 year old and me slept all in one bed and had plenty of room. The blankets are nice and cozy too. The bathroom is kinda cold but there is s heater in the bedroom closet that warms it up to make it nice for taking a shower. They have a Roku tv so you can watch you tube and Netflix’s and things like that. Above all another wonderful stay! Wish we could stay longer! I love this home!

The location is in a housing development but close to town. We could not get in the front door, needed to call the local contact and he came immediately. Even he had a hard time. Close to town and clean. Suggest they put a stopper in bathroom sink so nothing can fall down it. Maybe provide some wood for fireplace. Jacuzzi not in a very appealing place, under a balcony.

Nice cabin

Place was very quiet, cozy and cute. Was very close to other houses so not remote. Well appointed except there were no coffee filters for the coffee maker which was a bummer. Overall was a nice cabin. Only 2 minutes from town.

Beautiful place, lovely accommodation, but lacked communication

The cabin is adorable and the hot tub is hot! Great location and very comfortable.We arrived during a snow storm and asked for an early check in but was told we could not. We asked to please message us when it became Available. We waited out front (lights were on and we could hear music, so figured they were still cleaning) for an hour in the snow. Finally at 4pm we decided to knock. They were not there and the space was ready for us that entire hour of waiting! We really would have appreciated the message, but instead sat and waited in the snow. Other than that, it was a wonderful stay!

A getaway turned to a nightmare

This was one of those experiences that makes me hate using services like this. From the start this property was inflexible and unaccommodating. We asked the hosts if we could check in earlier than the ridiculous 4pm check in time which they denied. They also asked for my ID no less than 5 different times, showing inefficiency and lack of good property management. This should have been my clue that this would be a disaster, but I decided to go ahead anyways.. we arrived after the check in time and of course the interior of the property was dated and falling apart. I looked through the drawers to find a pen and the drawer simply fell apart. The unit felt dirty and there was still ash and half burnt logs in the fireplace. The side gate was broken and the hot tub was barely warm. The back yard felt like a hellscape. We went for dinner and when we returned the power was out. The property managers told us to inspect power box which was a mess of broken wires. With zero hope of resolution we decided to head home. In total we were in the unit for less than 2 hours and they refused to be reasonable and provide a refund, full or partial. Never stay here, it’s a terrible property, the management company is unprofessional and there are definitely better options.

Cute and Quiet

Super cute cabin, nice and rustic (and nostalgic!) We enjoyed the hot tub after our adventures in Idyllwild, and the fully stocked kitchen was very appreciated. This is a great place to stay if you want a little place close to shops and trails. We'll definitely be back!

Cozy Cabin

Upon walking in, this cabin is as cozy as it gets! Wood burning fireplace, beautiful mountain decor, very clean, and has all the necessities for a pleasant stay. I especially enjoyed the complimentary eco friendly toiletries. Super close to town and convenient for dog owners!

The place overall is as bigger than I had thought, cozy, and in a great location. I did have a few hiccups with the cleanliness and the missing cushions on the outdoor chairs. Thankfully the property management was very good with communication and helped fix the problem. I would definitely recommend to stay at this mountain home!
