The property was clean but needs maintenance. There was a large, soft bubble in the ceiling above the bath, indicating a water leak and potentially mold issues inside the walls.
Staff was friendly, but the room was freezing and took HOURS to heat up. Very dated facility. Bedspread had a hole in it. Room smelled musty. In need of renovation.
Definitely an old motel. Searched for bed bugs upon arrival, didn’t see any at first. Did notice hairs in the bed linen. Called to front desk for a new blanket and staff was quick to bring it to the room. Placed it on the bed and took a quick shower. Coming out from shower noticed a bug near the new blanket and realized it was a bed bug. Lifted the mattress and found a dead one. Immediately packed up and checked out. Staff seemed surprised and gave me a full refund. Was very happy with staff, but property may have a problem.
Has a king size bed with roll-in shower. Great for disabled.
I had called and asked that there was a workinh hot tub.. it was broke down after we checked in. I also asked about in room coffee pot.. no not available in room

We didn't get the room we payed for and when asking why they said they where the some cost. the bathroom was tiny . to open the door you had to wedge yourself between the toilet and tub. not very impressive . the room was clean
Good place to stop and stay the night. Easy off and on Interstate 40.
old hotel needs updating. Hard flat pillows, same as the bed. Spa was best part.
Clean, all in good shape, they just need to invest in some new linens and get some flavored creamer!
