Overall stay was good. Property could use a deep cleaning. Pool area was nice, but hard to find chairs during a the daytime and again a good deep cleaning of the pool area. The hut in the middle of the pool just looked a bit ran down. The food service was ok, not worth the pricing. It was difficult to find a pool server to order from the pool menu, since you could not order from that menu as a walk up to the poolside restaurant, “The Porch”. Having a direct walkout to the beach was perfect, although there was no volleyball net as indicated in the photos and the beach chairs and umbrellas were for rent, not just for guest use. Easy access to transportation and a safe place to walk to shops and dining.
Don’t waste your time. I booked this property based on the photos and amenities presented online. When we got to the room , it was outdated, we had a view of the parking lot and looked NOTHING like the photos . When we requested for a room change we were not accommodated and the staff, herself admitted that the photos were false advertisement. Yet somehow, tried to blame it on me. She said the more modern rooms were on the 2nd and 3rd floor but since I chose the 1st floor then that’s what I got. Really lady?! How would anyone know that type of information! I was also expecting a place to workout BUT there was NO gym! They gave out vouchers to go across the street to use another facility. They didn’t offer any type of refund or discount for the inconvenience.
We arrived early and were able to check in early. I believe there might have been a fee for early check-in, but we didn't mind. Holly checked us in and she was fabulous. The check in process was smooth. The property was right on the beach. There was an outdoor pool, bar and restaurant on the hotel property. There were restaurants and shops in walking distance too. Overall, it was clean, comfortable and a great stay.
Would recommend! The beach and hotel were excellent. Loved being so close to the shopping and dining area as well. Coming back for sure.
Beautiful property. Quiet and in a great area.
Our room didn’t have a trash can in the bathroom and didn’t have any chairs in our room either, but our family in another room had them in their room. Also the times online for the bar and restaurant were incorrect as well as the cost of the daily drink specials. I did my research before booking and the times had a lot to do with why we chose this resort and we were disappointed when nothing was open very late. I understand there are slower/non peak times but that should be reflected on the website if there are different times for each season.
Good location and clean room. However there is no onsite gym and the offsite gym they offered is 1.3 miles away.
