Our guests enjoy our completely renovated beach themed 1 and 2 bedroom cottages available for short term or year round rental. All cottages are fully furnished. All utilities are included and FREE PRIVATE WiFi. Surfing, fishing, barbecue and multiple picnic areas all conveniently located right on the property.

Walk to The Seafarer, Inlet café, Proving-grounds, Bahrs Seafood restaurant for waterside dinning (lots of popular, fun live music and relaxing restaurants with delicious food within minutes from us).

Come make memories at our property that has been designed for outdoor living. Front porches, picnic tables, barbecues, outdoor shower, coin-operated laundry on premise, bike and kayak storage available. Walking distance to multiple restaurants, public transportation and waterway ferry service to NYC.
