The hotel was beautiful. It was very conveniently located to the canyon entrance. The restaurant was quite pricey though.
Maybe the best just outside the park, but nothing to write home about. Exhorbirant restaurant prices. Dirty rooms. Nice staff and lobby.
Charging station were nice.
Very nice hotel.
Super convenient location to make a Grand Canyon visit easy and beat the crowds. Loved the soaking tub after a long drive and the restaurant across the street, Plaza Bonita, had wonderful authentic Mexican fare. Staff was welcoming and helpful. We would choose again for this area. Room was clean and comfy.
good location for canyon visitors. Good food but limited choice. The elevator was broken, so not convenient.
Fantastic!
Property was awesome. Gilmore the gentleman working the front desk was very professional, friendly, articulate, and helpful. Our hats go off to him.
One of the more luxurious hotel options in South Rim. Clean, quality amenities.
No way should the hotel cost over $300 per night, it is average at best. Ice machine in room did not work. Hot tub was filthy at pool; all kinds of dirt and gravel at bottom. Pool Towels were very old. Place smells moldie. We paid less for the Bellagio in Vages, which is a fabulous place. The gran Hotel is not Grand, more like a super 8
The room was nice and clean , lobby was nice also . Had drinks and appetizers in the bar was very good, service was fast and waitress very friendly.now the downside limited dining around the property other than pizza and steak houses .
The property was nice and convenient. We rented two rooms to stay while visiting the Grand Canyon both rooms were not cleaned. The beds had been flipped and things were stocked but the floors were dirty, nothing had been dusted and the bathroom sink/tub were dirty.
Very nice hotel. The area around the hotel was not so nine and had limited dining options.
The room had water leaking from the bathroom on the evening of our arrival. The plumber said he fixed it. But next day it was still leaking and the beds were not made when we came back in the afternoon. The place was unlivable.
I liked ambience inside, staff very friendly and liked all the animals hanging on walls.
The Grand Hotel at the Grand Canyon was very cozy and enjoyable, definitely come back and stay here again.
