Very clean loved the rooms , eco friendly. Helpful staff.

The tub drain was broken, the food was cold and or undercooked, service too extremely long, no complimentary breakfast. Not worth price. Should have stayed at Holiday Inn or Best Western.

We loved this place. Shuttle to Grand Canyon stops right in front. The restaurant is excellent. Most of the staff is friendly and helpful, however the gentleman who was working when we checked in seemed like he didn’t really enjoy his job and didn’t seem very enthusiastic about helping us to navigate our first time at the Grand Canyon.

Great location next to the Airport. The staff were not very helpful when we arrived a couple of hours early. No attempt was mad to find a room that was ready for occupancy and we were just told to 'buzz off" and come back at 4 pm, the normal check in time.

Nice fireplace area and atmosphere. Fresh coffee in the morning and Sunday paper available at our door

We enjoyed our stay at The Grand Hotel, close proximity to the Grand Canyon. The bar staff was a bit inattentive. When we checked in the hotel, late afternoon, we went into the saloon. We were the only patrons at the bar. A female worker acknowledged us, then, walked away. To our left were 2 male workers who just conversed between themselves. After waiting 10 minutes without service, we got up and left.

This place was absolutely beautiful! I really enjoyed the rooms with the eco-friendly touches.

Probably nicest hotel I’ve ever stayed in. Loved the extra touches in the room such as razor/shaving cream kit and waters. Super clean and comfortable. Cute lodge like appearance.

Overall hotel had excellent price and accommodations. The only disappointing thing is they don't have room service, the restaurant and bar closes earlier (9p and 10p respectively and that was on a Saturday nite), last disappointment was they didnt even have a menu for the restaurant or bar you have to walk down to to eat. Management definitely needs to rectify rhat major problem for such an easy fix.

Room was outstanding. Bathroom exquisite. Bed very comfortable. Views were very nice. Food horrible.

We had an awesome stay! The reception were well trained and very friendly. The room was clean and large. The fitness room was also large and provided everything you need to keep fit when you’re on the road. We didn’t get a chance to use the indoor pool, but walking by, it looked as if the other guests really enjoyed it. To sum it up this was a good choice and met all of our expectations.
