Wonderful experience.

Clean rooms, quite, comfortable, good location . However situation with on site restaurants and gift shop is terrible. We stayed at the hotel 3 days , not once did I see gift shop open . Breakfast and lunch served in boxes to go , not much to choose from . Dinner is only served at the “Saloon “ . Hotels “steak house” is closed . you can’t get food at the bar in “saloon”, and a wait for a table could be anywhere between 10-60 min long . “ saloon “ only has 10 tables . Hotel was sold out during our state , so you can imagine that line. There are several other restaurants in the area , but all also have waiting line of about 45 min. None take reservations! Quite honestly after hiking all day you just want to get back to your hotel and have a nice relaxing meal on a spot. After a long wait , We did get a table at the “saloon “ eventually . Server was slow and and uninterested. Order simple things ! $58 ribeye Steak was salty, all fat , tasted bitter as if it was pan fried in old oil. Maybe it’s their supplier, maybe it was frozen and defrosted one to many times , or maybe chef has no idea how to handle meat. It was served with a huge ball of butter on top!!! Why rib-eye needs butter is beyond my understanding. Two sides served with steak are also super buttery green beans, and fatty mashed potatoes. Fancy shaped fries are not golden but brown because oil has not been changed in a while. Young lady-restaurant manager was nice and helpful!

It’s a very nice hotel conveniently located about a mile from the south entrance of the Grand Canyon Nat Park. Staff is very friendly. The room and bathroom were clean. There is a vending machine next to the ice machine in case you need some snacks or drinks.

I liked how clean and nice the room was.

Staying at the Grand is terrific. The rustic decor sets the mood in just the right tone.

Property is nice...unfortunate during or stay the restaurant was closed (Sunday & Monday). Free coffee in lobby, that's about it. Tip - be sure to get gas BEFORE you are in town, very expensive. Staff is working hard, but seemed a bit stretched at the seems of friendliness. All in all, good stay, just wish for a few amenities. Pool & hot tub were open, and very nice!

It was lovely and very festive. Stayed here a week before Christmas. Looking forward to coming back with my family in the near future.

Very nice stay at this property!

Was very close to the entrance to the park, if you cannot get into the hotels in the part this is the nicest one outside the park. The restaurant was closed due to corona but otherwise the place was very nice, clean. They had coffee in the lobby and take out breakfast.

The location is good for the Zion park. The swimming pool looks great with the Mountain View. However, the bath towels and sheet need upgrading, they are all not white anymore and feels not clean even though they are cleaned. The room has poor sound insulation. We can hear next room cursing and bed exercise at night and we had hard time try to explain to the kids what the sounds May come from.

The hotel was extremely clean, which is what I would expect during these “covid” time’s

Most of the on-site amenities (dining, etc) closed. Could have stayed at the Holiday Inn for 1/2 the price.

Very beautiful place. Close to entrance of park. Clean and very friendly staff.

Overpromised and underdelivered! Stay at Williams. The facility is beginning to look dated. Upon check-in, the staff let me know I was getting a less desirable room on the first floor and set my expectations. On entering the room, the musty smell was strong. The carpet was heavily stained and the draperies were filthy. The bath needed cleaning. I called the front desk and they showed absolutely no concern. I went to my car and got my own cleaning supplies and linens. With this I survived the night in the room. I paid over $300 for camping in a 2-star accomodation in a 5-star location. The upside was that I was checked out of the hotel and at the Rim at sunrise.

The lobby

Close to the gean canyon entrance but too pricey. Their towels are old and look like rags. I know everyone is short staffed but that is not an excuse. There were hair on the tub and sink.
