Such a cute little 2-person cottage inside the park! There is no a/c, but we didn't need it in May. It was perfect weather with a little chill in the evening. The cottage was clean and comfy! Highly recommend if you're visiting the Grand Canyon! It is worth it to stay in the park. We were steps away from the grandeur of the Grand Canyon.

While the property is a bit dated it was clean and cozy.
Our cabin was spotless. Such a great location inside the park on the Rim Trail with Bright Angel trailhead just steps away, great souvenir shopping, and nice people everywhere. We will be back! Super sad we only stayed a night and moved on. I’m typing this from some bougie place in Scottsdale and sooo wish I was back at Bright Angel!
Great property, clean, cozy, friendly. BUT they were short staffed in the restaurant so only the bar was open for dinner, with a 2.5 hour wait to eat. Crazy.
While the rooms are very old and lack many modern amenities, they were very clean, functional and we’ll maintained.
Our cabin, 6155, was freezing and could not get it warm. Heaters under drafts windows on far side of the room and the bathroom heater kept shutting off after just a few minutes not matter where the timer was set
Grand Canyon
The food was great at the lodge, shopping was nice and even the room was nice. When you book a cabin, you expect a cabin. Not, a cabin thats cut into 3 pieces and shared on 2 sides. There was one next to use that they had a full cabin to themselves. The walls are SO THIN. I could hear the people next door watching the office and it was so clesr that i could even tell you what episode it was. I understand in hotels you can hear loud people next door. In these cabins you could hear plain talking clear as day. Had i known we were sharing a cabin, i would have stayed somewhere else.

The lodge is inside the park, very clean, and convenient for sightseeing. Less than 5 min to the shuttles or the bright angel trailhead. If you get there early during the day, there might not be parking, but later in the evening, there would be
The location is THE BEST. But covid made this trip not so pleasant. They did the best they could under the restraints they are under.
Lodge was right next to the ledge of the Canyon, that was amazing. Unfortunately, due to restrictions, it was impossible to get anything to eat in the area. Note, this was an issue with the park and not the lodge. The park also has a super inefficient entry toll, causing hours long back ups.
The check-in staff seemed bored with their job but the cabin view more than made up for the staff. The cabin wasn’t a luxurious room but was very cozy and romantic.
Nice, clean, water pressure good. Heater takes a long time to work. I had to call and get a space heater which they delivered no problem.
