I booked 3 rooms in the West Wing. The rooms were out dated as expected, however, my room smelled like dirty socks and urine in the shower curtain. The walls are thin so I could hear my neighbors. Fortunately, my rate was reduced due to a Black Friday special. If I paid more I would have been disappointed. The staff in the dining hall were all really friendly. The food was great as well. I would book again at this hotel, but would probably try the East section.

A gorgeous property. Rooms were very comfy and warm. Perfect location with easy shuttle access. Dining was tasty, tavern had good drinks. The inside was a great place to hang. We saw a very other lodges in the area and this one just seemed homey. General store is right across the parking lot which was convenient. Can’t wait to come stay here again! Note: the breakfast is not free. It’s paid per person, and there also is an Starbucks affiliated coffee shop on the property which was great.

The room was comfortable. They have a self checkin option, which was nice and very convenient. The lodge itself neds some updates, especially the stairs to the second level. The doors are quite heavy and therefore very loud closing. The location in the park was the best feature.
