The location, being inside Grand Canyon National Park, is absolutely fantastic! However, what deserves the most praise are the staff members, especially those working in the ground-floor buffet restaurant. Their service was extremely proactive and warm-hearted, which made us feel exceptionally welcome. It is also worth mentioning that the buffet dinner on Thanksgiving night was superb!

Very clean warm room. Enjoyed the keurig coffee maker to make hot beverages since it was quite cold. Our sink pipe was leaking so there was a puddle under it, so we had to turn off the cold water. They were closing down the hotel to fix water issue, so They cancelled our last night so we are expecting a refund from Expedia which we have not yet received.
