We loved staying inside the park! We had debated staying outside the park at a hotel with more amenities for our kids, but being able to walk out of our room and to a shuttle or to a hike, and then being able to get right back to our room when we finished was perfect for our family with young kids. The room was clean and spacious and was close to everything. So glad we stayed here.

Very clean and comfortable. The breakfast needed more options that weren't southwest flavors. For example regular gravy instead of southwest gravy. That just was not good. Other than that out was fantastic! I recommend bringing a flashlight if your need to get around after dark. There are NO lights anywhere in the village after dark. We felt very safe but it really is impossible to see. That said, I'd happily stay again and recommend Yavapai lodge to antone. I was very happy with the stay!

Amenities were awful, service was pretty bad and to top it off they tried to double charge me on the room that I’ve already prepaid. Front desk people were rude and incompetent. Instead of fixing the problem they were antagonistic and uncaring. I recommend zero for this place. Stay away!!!

Beds comfortable. Tv did not connect to service so no tv 2 nd night. I text front office but no response, they did get back to me today after we checked out. Room had small refrigerator no microwave and ice machine at end of hallway. Parking was good. I would stay again close to where we hiked.
