The king suite room we got was across from the hotel listed on the map, more or less the same it just didn’t have access to the bigger swimming pool. Only its own hot tub, the free breakfast was definitely welcoming, especially the staff there, kind and hardworking people all 7 days we were there! The room was comfy and convenient given the amenities, only cons were no ovens or access to a laundromat via the hotel. Room service was also on the lacking side, various other rooms left out their dirty laundry outside their doors as well as trash sometimes. But given its proximity to the canyon, and in Tusayan definitely a plus then still driving from Williams.

Nice and comfortable hotel! Staff is very accommodating and willing to help you have a great stay. Location is perfect right outside the park. Can be there in 15 minutes. Pool is warm and hot tub was hot. Area around is clean and you won’t have to worry about safety.
