The room was very clean, although the hotel is older It was well kept. Breakfast was provided and well stocked with hard boiled eggs, yogurt, hot oatmeal, muffins, variety, juices, and coffee and tea. We would stay there, and the location is wonderful if you are going to the Grand Canyon it is less than 10 minutes away from the South visitor Center.

The property location was great, close to the park. Check in was fast and friendly. Parking was nice and close to the room/suites we stayed in. The initial cleanliness of the room was good, however we had to ask for the room to be cleaned. That was not expressed to us at check in. After hiking all day in the park, we came back to the room with the room not serviced. So we didn’t have clean towels to shower with and had to make our own bed. Very frustrating for the money we paid for the room. The second day I called and asked for the room to be serviced. We hiked again in the park and came back at 2p, after leaving the room at 7am, to the bed being made and the dirty towels picked up. The room otherwise was not picked up. We went and got towels from the hot tub area. Very frustrating. Not that the coffee was any good, but they didn’t even clean that area toilet paper is super thin for a hotel priced like this. We had to stop our shower, to allow the water to drain, everytime. Another frustrating issue. I do not recommend this hotel, as there seemed to be better options in the area, especially for the price point.

Really enjoyed my stay here! The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were all so kind and professional. I loved that the coffee and tea in the room were organic — such a nice touch!

I liked the king suite roomy with all the amenities. Staff were great especially breakfast staff and front desk extremely friendly and accommodating Only complaint was thermostat in room did not seem to turn off heat so room hotter than reading. Had to turn it down much more below what normal

Room was big and clean. Breakfast was great and filling with very friendly lady who couldn’t do enough for us. Ideal for Grand Canyon. Didn’t use pool or hot tub but it looked good. The only downside was the wifi was very patchy to say the least.

The rooms were very nice, but the staff were excellent. Very kind and informative. The front desk both at night and in the morning we're pleasant and helpful,and the breakfast crew were amazing. The only thing I could say that would have been better would be maybe hot food for breakfast other than oatmeal, but I wouldn't take a star away for a preference. The pool and spa were open, clean and sufficiently heated. We enjoyed our overnight stay here.
