Granting it’s a Holiday weekend and they are almost booked up but not a reason to take for granted the room conditions the customer deserves. ROOM WAS NOT READY - except at least bed is made. No coffee cups, kcups, necessities, hair dryer. Still disappointed thinking about it. No information about their approach with Covid19 - sanitation etc. Other major hotels would seal the room door as proof of it which means a lot.

Location nice but our room was dirty and the toilet was broke also very loud.

Good location for visiting the Grand Canyon. Restaurants close by. We were happy to use the pool and hot tub, too! Could have had hot options to serve for breakfast, brown bag breakfast was a let down.

Loved the free upgrade we got to a suite! The staff was super nice and everything was very clean and sanitized

The people working there were friendly. 10 minutes from the front gate to the grand canyon, 20 minutes to bright angel trail. 1 hour north of flagstaff. When 64 is open it will be a quicker ride in from the north east since you currently have to drive all the way to flagstaff and back up if you are coming from four corners.

The front desk was very informative and welcoming. The room was ok, outdated, broken tiles, very little lighting, low on toilet trees, fridge was off. My family & I managed considering we were out and about most of the time. Positive, my kids enjoyed the pool.

Great location. Not too far from The Grand Canyon. I wish they did offer more options for breakfast but it’s understandable and they are taking precautions due to the pandemic that is going on in this world. Other than that everything was good. Checking in was easy and parking was not a hassle. There was a good Mexican restaurant that was walking distance from the hotel. It is a bit pricy but the food was very good.

Room was spacious and clean. The bed was perfect. The building was quiet.

Indoor pool was perfect! They had plenty of towels and it was clean. There was not that many people.

The property was at full capacity and the dining area is not sufficient for the amount of guest. This goes for the pool area. We were not able to use the pool because of the amount of people in it.

Best included hot breakfast I've ever had at a hotel!

Nothing negative. We were coming from a Luxurious hotel in Vegas so this was a substantial downgrade for us. We expected more for the money we paid but may be our expectations were set high because of the previous stay. Breakfast buffet was great and staff was super friendly. Kids friendly hotel; a bit of a disturbance but nothing major. Great location; 10 min away from Mather Point. Many Restaurants around the property.
