Complimentary breakfast was a nice bonus to our stay.

Nice place to stay. Good breakfast options. Close to the park.

Proximity to Grand Canyon. Breakfast was very good.

The way the description is written, it's as if the property is right at the Grand Canyon - it's actually 7 miles away. When we checked in the gentleman at the desk was pleasant and helpful. Our room had a pretty pungent smell to it, and our 'canyon view' room had a view of the HVAC unit on top of the pool area - that's all we could see. When we checked in, we were noticed that the same room we were checking into was listed at a much lower price, and the hotel would not honor that lower price. In my well-traveled opinion, this was NOT a $180 per night room, and I've always had the hotel honor the lower listed price. The beds were not comfortable, the view was terrible, the drywall was cracking and falling off the wall, and whenever we took a shower the water leaked all over the bathroom floor making quite a mess for us to clean up. I will be going back to the Grand Canyon for sure, but I will not be staying here.

With the cost and the stay it’s worth paying. The staffs are friendly and helpful though we were there for just a short while. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a place to stay near Grand Canyon during your visit there. Also the breakfast has a number of varieties. Thanks to all the staffs who worked hard. Thumbs up...

The female staff at the front dest needs to be re-trained and learned etiquette well. I don't know if I can mention her name here, but she told me her name, Ophelia. She was so rude and unfriend to myself and to guests. When I entered in and stood right at the front dest, but I had to be wondering because two female staff was just staring me without welcoming and saying nothing. So I asked who I need to talk for check in and Ophelia said that it dosen't matter. They were supposed to welcome guest in advance. More bad thing was happened in next day morning when poor Chinese MALE wanted to check out. She obviously mistreated him and his party by telling him loudly and annoying simple fact repeatedly, like she looked down on him because he seemed no to speak proper English. He and his party had to wait for a long time to check out. He didn't seem to upset because of possible his poor English I guess. However, it was so uncomfortable to watch it and I felt so annoying with her terrible attitude. I don't know if my explanation would be good to understand or not. Everything about this hotel was perfect, but her attitude was the only disappointment at the hotel. I enjoyed staying here, but the STAFF need to learn how to care their guest.

nice hotel close to the grand canyon. helpful staff at the front desk

This hotel is a great location for staying just outside the entrance to the park. We stayed in a mini suite and we loved it. We used the spa just a few doors down from our room. The breakfast was excellent and the lady who runs it is nothing short of AWESOME! She was so up beat helpful with a constant smile. The only thing we wished the hotel had was a workout room other than that our stay was perfect.

location is close to Grand Canyon entrance but not much selection on restaurants.

Very nice suite. Bit the exhaust fan in the bathroom didn't work. There was a leak under the kitchenette sink in the cabinet. I looked at my credit card bill & I was charged for the room by Orbitz & again by the motel--I was charged double for my room so I will have to call the motel & see if I can get that resolved

Good location, nice hotel, breakfast need to be upgraded.

Polite and courteous staff. Close to the Canyon and easy access to the park. Pillows are extremely soft and leave fine white lint on hair.
