Very beautiful, but thin insulation we could hear the next room clearly and easily and were afraid to make noise.

Service was awesome, very nice ladies at check in and aldo extremely informative. The location was nice, clean and quiet. Perfect location. The room was perfect, bed was huge and comfortable, room was clean and welcoming.

Love the property, great for families and kids, lots of great things to do in the region. Rooms were clean tidy, but a touch small, but I really liked it. My only (small) issue was that it was a really cold night, and the room heater was a bit noisy. Otherwise, a great place.

Rooms are older but clean. Room 18 seemed to have sink taps that both ran warm, no real hot or cold.

The room was ok, we did have to kill a spider. Wifi was terrible. A storm came in abt an hour after we got there and could not get on wifi, My husband went into the office to see if someone could check on the wifi, the staff said they would call their provider, that maybe the system needed rebooted, went to dinner came back to room, still no wifi. Husband went back over to office, the staff told him, that she didn't know how long it would be before their provider would come out to fix the system. he told them that if you don't have wifi, don't advertise that you do. The staff said if we weren't happy there that we could leave. My husband said that we would spend the night and then the following day go try to find another place. Staff then said, "I don't want you here if you're not happy, so you can leave tonight, I don't want you here if your not happy. She told us that her staff would refund all our money and we could leave. So we did

Just outside of Williams so it was less expensive than staying right in town. They have laundry facilities if you need them. Clean, small rooms with refrigerator and microwave. Pool was indoor and "heated" but too cold for us to swim in. One thing that bothered me was that there was no "sweep" on the bottom of the door to our room. I am glad I didn't notice it until morning when the sun was shining under our door thru a 1/2 inch gap. I would not have slept well had I noticed it the night before. I mentioned it when I checked out and they implied that they would fix it.
