Spacious room was clean, very nice contemporary design yet still Natl Park worthy casual look and feel. Amenities include kitchen with full refrigerator, stove top and sink as well as outdoor sitting area. Enjoyed the selection at the Maswick food court as well as the onsite restaurant.

Courteous and efficient check-in. Room was ready early! Room was one of the newly reno'd, very nice, clean, modern and comfy! Planning another trip this spring.

They have a weird check-in system. They want you to check-in online the same day. This requires you to upload your license, which I never recommend. This puts you in the queue for a room. If you just check-in when you arrive, you go to the bottom of the queue. People were waiting four hours for a room. Clearly they don’t have enough staff to clean rooms by their published check-in time of 3 PM. Consider another hotel, it’s not that special.
