It was difficult to navigate to various restaurants in the dark. Paths should either have small lights to assist or advise inexperienced people to bring a flashlight. In addition, dining options disappear rather quickly.
Close to the rim. About a 3 min easy walk. Room with out carpet!!! Clean!!! Inside access with a cute back porch on ground floor.
The property is within Grand Canyon Village on the south rim. We arrived after dark so couldn't see the area. I booked a room labeled North that was a bit more expensive thinking it would have a view of the Canyon, but when we came out in the morning the views were of the parking areas and other buildings of the hotel. Still beautiful but a bit of a let down. The staff was very friendly and room was quite comfortable, quiet, clean, and in good condition. Beds were very comfortable.

Convenient for a one-night stay inside Grand Canyon NP. Very basic but adequate accommodations, but room was quite dated. Food at restaurants left much to be desired and was extremely overpriced. Would stay there again but with low expectations.
Loved it—rustic
The lodge was in close proximity to the Canyon and made it easy to walk to. The food court was nice to grab a quick bite to eat. Parking was also convenient and close to the rooms.
Nothing fancy. But super convenient. Only recommendation would be to add a mocrowave to the rooms.

Enjoy dining at one of 2 onsite restaurants including Maswik Food Court, which specializes in American cuisine. At the end of the day, the bar/lounge is a great place to grab a drink. Cooked-to-order breakfast is offered for a fee each morning from 6:30 AM to 10:30 AM.
Maswik Lodge - Inside the Park features free WiFi in public areas and an ATM. You can take advantage of free parking, along with a free area shuttle. The front desk is staffed 24/7 to help with luggage storage, tours or tickets, and securing valuables. Additional amenities include a porter/bellhop, a water dispenser, and a gift shop.
