This is the list outdated property that I have stayed at. The furniture in the room looked like it was picked up from a garage sale in the 1970’s. Awful. Stains on carpet and a gap between the entry door and the floor. You can bend down and see the hallway. I had to stuff towels in the area to make sure no critters made their way in. I also had to request new towels because ours was brown. Just gross inside. Outside of property is nicely maintained.

It was a good place to stay, I would recommend. The only thing is you have to have a national parks pass to get to the property which is $30.00. It does not state that anywhere in the booking. It would not of kept us from going, but it sure would have been nice to know we needed to pay additional money to stay at the resort.
The setting of the property is still great even though the lake level is way down. The kitchen was very good. The property had only opened the week before and so people were still working out the kinks. The person at the registration was so obviously fed up/disinterested with his job that he was real downer.
The rooms are very clean and I feel safe on the property.
An awesome place to stay with amazing views!! Clean rooms and friendly staff.
The location close to the lake was positive but not so exceptional. Rooms are a bit run down (stained carpeting, telephone not working), tissue box was empty when we arrived and some detergent dispensers in the room were empty. We stayed two nights and the second day the room was not serviced (beds not done, room and bathroom not cleaned, towels not changed) due to COVID - at least this is what a note given at check-in said, even though the fact that the room would have not been serviced was not clear. It seems more an excuse to cover personnel shortage. Additionally, one has to pay $30 for the park entrance fee in order to reach the hotel. This was not immediately visible when reserving the room. I was told by the manager that the info is present on the hotel website. The front desk manager was very professional and offered a compensation for the shortcomings. It would be recommendable to fix the housekeeping issues and highlight at the time of reservation both the park fee and the fact that rooms will not be serviced.

Very nice property and views. Rooms are clean but a little out dated.
March is considered pre-season therefore no breakfast available. This is a bit of a probkem because any restaurant is miles away.
Great place
I booked a king size bedroom but i just arrived here. The front guy assigned a room and I found out it is two queen bedroom. I called front desk and ask to change the room type since I didn’t touch anything but they said there is no more king size bedroom… I don’t know why I booked a king size bedroom and they assigned the room to others? Kinda upset and leave. No way to get my money back.
good place to stay
Liked the location at the lake
It’s remote and on Federal Land. You have to pay $30 just to get to the resort. Our king balcony room with a view was awful. No desk, no microwave, only one chair and the hair dryer was awful. And although they advertised two restaurants only one was open and you couldn’t get into the restaurant or lounge without a reservation - not even for breakfast. This place caters to Tour Busses and they get all the attention. There are many hotels in Page. Do yourself a favor and pick one of them. You’ll pay half as much and probably get a free breakfast to boot.
Check in person was very rude, outdated hotel and had a smell to it, surrounding are and location were great
The property is very old and outdated. the rooms are ugly. You have to pay a $30 Glen Canyon fee just to get to the hotel. This was never mentioned. It's a waste of money. You can stay in a hotel for much cheaper and better condition in Page
Location is excellent! amenities are rather old, but all function.
