The check in was ok. The room was a shock. The pictures on line were deceiving. The pool was big enough for about 10 people, if that. The room were dirty looking as soon as you open the door, that was if you could get it opened, it took us 15-20 tries. Big stains all over the carpet. The bathroom was the most disgusting. And the price I had to pay to get this piece of ***** was unreal!!! DON’T make the bad choice we did!!!

We were able to secure a ground-level room without notice (very fortunate, as my husband had come down ill and ended in the ER the day of arrival), staff was accommodating in every respect and never violated the Snooze On card in the door even when our car was not outside, 3 hour window for breakfast that included lacto-ovo vegetarian options, comfortable clean room, a lovely albeit small and a tad chilly pool (didn't stop us from paddling), very comfy (sturdy rather than soft) king bed, a decent fridge with enough freezer space for multiple days of frozen dinners and ice packs for sore muscles, hot water shower and tub. Compared to back-packing, heavenly. Compared to hotels with internal halls, heavenly. Compared to other motels, one of the better I've occupied. No complaints at all, would gladly return if I'm in Page again.

The Hotel staff was a "new one"...check in was pretty sad...two individuals attending the front desk..one on his phone, the other one with his headphones and on the computer....not a single response when I said hello....the one on the phone pointed to the guy with the headphones without addressing me...the guy with the headphones? barely knows I am around and directly asks for my id and credit card....a better job could have been done by a robot!...a completely different experience during my past visits.

The rooms are not comfortable (beds hard, linen cheap, pillow low quality). The towels are thin and scratchy. Walls and ceiling thin and people stay up and party. Laundry drying from make shift lines outside rooms. The soda machine dispenses sticky bottles of soda. The "Full" breakfast is far from that. Luckily there is decent food in the area. Housekeeping never showed up and had to get towels for the 2nd day from the front desk. Do not book this motel. You will be glad you went somewhere else.

When in Page, AZ this is one of the Motels to avoid. As I prepaid, I was pretty much stuck with it. Here are my problems with this motel and a two day stay - - Beds are hard and the sheets are of poor quality. - Walls and ceilings are thin and you can hear your neighbors who are mostly partying. - The soda machine dispenses bottles of soda that grimy and sticky. - Poor water pressure and no fan in the bathroom. - "Full breakfast" is a table by the front desk and not worth eating. - No housekeeping service to be found, had to go to the front desk to get clean towels. - The towels are thin and rough on your skin. - Other rooms using their patio's to hang and dry their laundry. If I had any choice I would have found another place to stay. Nothing wrong with the people working the desk but the owner should be ashamed.

it was a clean and decent hotel. breakfast was ok. very near to antelope canyon. overall a nice hotel for stay near antelope canyon.

the check in was smooth, the staff were very polite and helpful . Thee is coffee available 24/7 in the lobby and breakfast is basic but enough. the facilities as well s the rooms are clean. Nice stay.

Staff helpful and friendly. Rooms clean but need updating. Easy access and close to shopping and sightseeing venues.

The lady in charge of the breakfast was very grumpy! But the man who checked us in was very friendly and helpful!

surpassed most expectations

very conveniently located, let us check in early. This motel surpassed my expectations in almost everly way. the wifi was a bit spotty, but that was minor.

Dear Rob, Some people like hard mattress some like soft , soda machine has been fixed, Breakfast is free and it is just make sure of that preparing our guests to the day and whoever is willing to get more they can pay for whatever they like to eat. I am really sorry that you had to go to front desk toget some towels next time please call us at the front desk and we will make sure of that's been delivered. We would love to see you again because we believe that you loved our location also the peole at the desk and housekeepers they all work very hard to keep our guests satisfied especially at @ 104 degrees out there. Dear Methos, I definetely understand where you are coming form and especially with the price you have been charged you want the best. Like anybody out there. You count all negative which I respect but also other things to consider like location of the hotel, comfort of the bed, towels you are right they might be thinner but we all have perfect towels at home and this is a budget hotel. Breakfast is complimentary which means it is on us. It is just enough for prepare you to the day ahead of you.In some places you get only 3 options and you had with us 7 food and 5 bevarage options. Some people sleep on soft and some on hard. At some point we all need some appreciation and understanding. Thank you very much for staying and thanks for the review. Kindest Regards
