The property was really old and would be great to be renovated.
Even though the motel is older, you can tell the staff really try to keep it clean and were very helpful and friendly.
Loved the room. The beds were very comfortable. What I didn’t like was that we were on the top floor and when we were leaving I misstepped and almost fell down the stairs. The stairs should have a yellow marking so people with some eye problems can see it.
Unaccommodating management. Not likely to recommend or refer friends or family here
This hotel is very close to lake powell and glen canyon dam (just 10 minutes drive). The hotel surrounding doesn't look like much, the room looks like your standard hotel room, but the bathroom is pretty nice. The downside is there is no cellular signal for us (AT&T) in this area. But we definitely would come back if we are in the area again in the future.
Not very friendly staff also breakfast was frozen.
The room are quite big. Interior can be little better
Terrible customer service. Actually, I wouldn’t even call it customer service at all. The girl that checked me in rang my card without telling me the total. Turns out, she overcharged me. My reservation was for $81. If I was going to pay $114, there are much nicer places to stay at for that price. She called her manager, manager told her to refund me the difference. The girl didn’t know how so we had to wait for the manager to arrive. While we waited, she was willing to give me the room IF I signed paperwork with the wrong price. I refused. Instead of offering apologies for the inconvenience, she became upset, crumbled the paperwork in front of me and tossed it to the trash, which by the way missed. While doing this she had the nerve to say, well I don’t know how long the manager is going to take. After picking up the paper she missed, she walked away and left me standing st the lobby like an idiot. Unacceptable. Unprofessional.
Great for a one night stay, close to literally everything in Page. Friendly staff and decent breakfast, very thin walls and rooms need updating. Tub tiles were black (I wore my flip flops in to be safe) and the refrigerator stand was falling apart (almost looked like something had been eating it.) But overall a decent stay at at decent price!
Nothing at all except the staff was very nice!!!!!!!!!!
Was unable to sleep with lot of noises from second floor and outside
Nice hotel, clean, nice staff, the only thing is hard to get power outlets.
We traveled 4 hours before arriving. We didn’t realize we had crossed time zones, so we thought we were arriving at 245 for a 3 pm checkin. The woman at the front desk was rude in her announcement that we couldn’t check in, but there also wasn’t a bathroom for us to use while waiting! We left and went to get some food. When we returned at 330, the same woman had to “check to see if our room was ready”. Ridiculous.
I do not recommend this hotel. It is very dirty and there were cockroaches in our room. 3 out of 5 lights were working so it was very dark. There was only 1 power outlet and towels were old and torn. WiFi was only 1 Mbps and was so slow. The shower drain did not drain so we had to stop showering until the water was close to the rim. Don’t stay here!
Really good. Everything was new and the biew from balcony was amazing
Cockroach in bathroom Otherwise clean :( Limited breakfast hours - so I couldn’t eat
I stayed in January. Price was great. Perfect launching point for Lower Antelope Canyon tour. I’m also recommending Ken’s Tours and specifically Van as guide—he takes great pics for you and points out many interesting formations. This motel had a nice breakfast—a lot more than the typical continental breakfast. Super friendly staffer at the desk.
