The room wasn’t as expected. The bathroom had a broken water tap on the sink. The toilet was clogged and there wasn’t any support from the property to solve it. They gave us a plunger and we had to clear it ourselves. The parking lot was full, we had to park near the road in the back side of the property.

The room was clean and spacious. The checkin process was not smooth as the kiosks weren’t reading the QR code or our passports. A guy came and helped. The checkout process went better but there really should be multiple reception desks for easy checkin and checkout as the kiosks are time consuming and cumbersome.

We really appreciate breakfast. Who ever started it, we love you so much. Affordable hotel/motel plus breakfast included is a total win for every travelers. There is only one thing that we don’t like. We have kids and we were at 2nd floor. Of course kids running around. Then we heard someone knocking from the 1st floor. It was a warning that the kids are disturbing the peace and it was only about 9PM. I was disappointed. I felt what they were coming from but still disappointed. It would be great if we were placed in 1st floor or in a room that no body on the 1st floor. It is hard to control kids running around. We really appreciate it. Happy new year.

Only book here if you’re short on cash else avoid to not ruin your vacation. There was only one staff during the peak christmas season and was unable to address issues within our stay like non functional bathroom light. Room was also not cleaned even after asking for it. When requesting for replacement towels they said they were out because of full booking. Though we got it late night. Checking also closes at 1am unlike 5:30am on expedia and they game us option to pickup keys from a different hotel two miles away.
