Unfortunately, this stay at Hampton was disappointing once again. While the room was very large — honestly big enough to dance in, the experience was ruined by the extremely poor sound insulation. The constant walking and running from adults and children upstairs came through very clearly, making it hard to rest and quite frustrating.
Another letdown was the lobby service. Although hot water is advertised as available, the amount provided was very limited, and once it ran out, no one refilled it, which was inconvenient.
Overall, the room size was a plus, but the noise issues and lack of basic service follow-up significantly impacted the stay.
