Lot of attitude from guy at front desk upon arrival. Hit me up for a $50 pet fee, plus $150 deposit. We ended up cutting our stay short. As an Honors Member I got no special respect.

Room, area, reception all great. Breakfast lady was not in a good mood and was trying to shut down by 9:30am even though breakfast was available until 10am…she was very unpleasant. Older lady. Everything else was great!
