There was a “gross gunky bunch of hair” in the toilet. The night staff moved us to the standard room. Kudos to him and he did his best to make us comfortable. When I checked out, I mentioned it to the “manager on duty “. For some reason she would not give her name to me. This manager told me “ you could have just flush the toilet “ and did not move to the other room. Are you serious? You as the manager not even apologizing for the inconvenience? It’s just so frustrating. Not a single “sorry word”. What kind of manager is that? The beds are not clean too. You will notice some hair as well. I’m happy to post the photo if needed. Room 334, moved to Rm 325.
