Nice but renovations ongoing so restaurant closed So they had makeshift tables in hallway. Bartender was awesome and rigged roomservice for food to tables. Was chaotic but good.

The staff is very courteous and responsible. Beds need to be more comfortable. The use of wooden headboard is an uncomfortable innovation. But overall a very satisfying experience.

Great hotel. Beautiful scenery. Would definitely go back.

Rooms were very large and kept up real nice. The grounds were in very good condition

My husband and two small children flew into PHX very early in the morning and drove nearly 2 hours to this hotel. Though it was initially too early to check in, they allowed our kids to use their amenities. They have a great, kid-friendly pool with towels provided. About an hour into enjoying their amenities, they allowed us to check in early. Our room was clean and comfortable with amazing views from all the windows. The location wasn't in the central Sedona area, but it had several shops and restaurants within walking distance. My husband very much enjoyed the fitness area, too. I would highly recommend this resort, especially to families with small children!

Air conditioning systems in hallways, lobby, and multiple rooms did not cool adequately. Thermostats seem broken, they said much cooler than actual air temperature. Heard other guests complaining of heat. Staff provided fan for room to help with circulation. Front desk staff were actually red faced and sweating the day we left...management tried to mitigate issue by changing rooms and providing fans but could not explain why so many areas do not cool adequately. Actually heard operations staff respond to front desk staff saying everything was functioning fine despite how hot it was. Manager offered mild room discount but considering the extreme issue we should have stayed at a much cheaper hotel with adequate air conditioning. Seriously hottest hotel inside I have ever stayed in, and I have stayed in many even in other hot locations. Staff were friendly though. Wish they had done more to mitigate final cost considering situation. Makes me question Hilton hotels now, although others have been good in the past.

Great as always...Hilton is Hilton. What made this special for us is the resort as we just wanted to rest. The place in bell rock is just unique!

Loved Mitch and Tami in the restaurant bar. Hotel was clean, staff accommodating with our early arrival.

Had a great stay in a King Suite, which was impeccable. The temperature in the room was set just right so that I did not have to adjust anything. Entire room clean, no dust anywhere. Comfortable bed, several kinds of pillows: big, small, soft, more rigid, etc. Toilet bowl and shower cabin as if they just installed them, i.e. superclean. I also went to the bar downstairs and was taken care of by Tami who did make me feel welcome and comfortable. My pizza came out in no time, they asked about any extras that I wanted and made sure they were provided for. This was 30 minutes before closing time. Pretty much any staff that I met over there during my stay was great and ready to help. Prices for inroom food service were also reasonable.

Great Hotel , clean and very friendly staff !! Hotel a bit too far away but you get there quick , Food not good don't waste time and money you better driving somewhere down town . Great outdoors and fireplace . Internet service is not up to Hilton standard does not work on any outdoor areas and very poor inside .

Far enough away from downtown and tourist spots not to deal with the traffic, yet close enough to be there quickly. Food was very good and service was excellent. Mesquite Suite was very nice.

Overall good experience. Coffee maker was not functional and restaurant could be better. Service was slow on Christmas day

Nice hotel. Very clean. Great staff. Close to Restaurants, attractions, shopping......

Good hotel. Nice location and very quiet and relaxed.

Relaxing and conforting atmosphere. I loved the Jacuzzi and our bed. Amazing views!

About 20 miles drive from flagstaff. Hotel is good and clean.

Food very good , mixed drinks just ok and I feel like waiter rush me out soon I finish my meal before I was done with my drink.

Extremely relaxing, great restaurants and food services, multiple pools, ideal location just outside of town!

Beautiful, convenient location plus spa; easy access to hiking/biking sites
