Nice place to stay, but quite a rip off. Room was 850 / night with 55 dollar per resort fee and then a 18 dollar daily charge for parking. Definitely not worth the price.
The hotel was clean and perfect. Plenty of delicious restaurant choices nearby. The Hilton poolside bartender recommended a fabulous local emergency dentist to take care of an issue I was having. I cannot thank her enough.
Stayed here in 2004. Much nicer now. The golf course looked to be on great shape, but no clubs this trip :). Dining was acceptable, although not cheap. Our waitress from Uganda was perfect. Lots of plusses for consideration.
The room was a bit too hot at night even the A/C turned up all the way all day/night.
Clean and pretty place. Was a lot of kids so keep that in mind. Restaurant was pricey with mediocre food but everyone was very nice and professional

This hotel has really gone downhill. We've stayed quite a few times but this was probably the last. This place is in desperate need of maintenance and a refresh. We had to report multiple issues and most were ignored. The toilet in bathroom wouldn't stop running, the mini fridge door was bent and would leak (they obviously knew about it before because there was towels shoved under it). The shower had mold on the ceiling. We had to ask for a new remote for tv multiple times. The downstairs starbucks was not available because equipment was broken.They had cereal packs for kids but had nothing to serve them in. The in room coffee machine was dirty. They didn't disclose parking fee at check-in and it wasn't in our booking information (we knew about resort fee). $52 extra per night to park and for "amenities" that weren't even available (pool and spa was closed).

The hotel has a great location. Bar staff is nice. However, it is understaffed. There is no bellboy. There is no food after 10 pm. There is no enough air in the rooms. HVAC systems need to be renewed. Rooms need renovation.
I wont go back. Customer service was not their strength. The facility was dated and everything was over priced. The shower had mold and mildew which was still there after i complained and it was supposedly “cleaned”.
