The house was perfect for our family vacation. Nice neighborhood and close to tons of things to do. The house had things for all ages and the outside area was so nice to relax and watch all the deer. The host responded to all questions so quickly and had lots of suggestions of things to do. Would definitely recommend this location to anyone looking to stay in Flagstaff.

We had an awesome time. The house was very big and open. Lots of games and fun things to do. An arcade game, pool, axe throwing etc. fire pit table! It was a beautiful property. I highly recommend. The host was very accommodating! (Just dropping a couple of photos.)

We had a wonderful stay at this Flagstaff Vrbo. It was perfect for our family with kids - plenty of space for everyone and kid-friendly amenities. Spacious, beautiful home with comfy spots to cozy up by the fireplace. We loved the woodsy lot and neighborhood filled with pine trees. We saw lots of deer grazing right behind the fence and a huge jackrabbit in the yard. The home was well stocked and the owner promptly answered any questions we had.

The house was adequate for our needs (family of 6 adults and 3 children). The listing said the home was newly remodeled and the photos looked amazing. In a range of low, medium, high this property is a medium and the daily rate is higher than others we have stayed at that were rated "high". The 3 bedrooms with a master suite was a plus, and each bedroom had a bath. It is spacious, and the cabin atmosphere is cozy. Well equipped kitchen, and games for kids.

We arrived at this home all be it in a nice neighborhood but the house was NOT as it was described on the site. Total False Advertising! The Owner brags about the fact that it has NEW Carpet, REMODELED kitchen etc and it had nothing of the kind. The carpets were filthy and the Kitchen atrocious, a panel on one of the kitchen doors fell off! I would advise anyone NOT to stay here. The Owner basically did not cooperate at all, basically just sent cleaners to the back patio exterior but nothing else. So when I complained to the Owner he actually said "Oh are you complaining about the carpets? Well I will be replacing those next week". Far cry from his advertising that said it has new carpet!

This is the second time we stayed at this VRBO. We love the layout of the home. However, the icemaker was not working properly. The downstairs bathroom could use a good cleaning and the carpet in all the bedrooms needs some TLC. The kitchen/living areas is fantastic and we loved having the pool table as well as the "reading room." Also, the "Play Nine" game was a hit!! All in all, we enjoyed our stay.

Came to Flagstaff for my daughter’s wedding. My son and I from Michigan, my mom and sister from Florida, my grandaughter from Philly and niece from NY all convened on this beautiful home. Brandon was responsive as we arrived and the place is as advertised. Loved everything about the weekend and couldn’t recommend the house and community more!
