The first room they show me was pretty depressing. They did give me another room which was ok.

Needed a place to stay before a Grand Canyon rafting trip - this fit my need for something reasonably priced. Lobby was very nice but rooms were tired but clean. Staff was so so.

It's exactly what you would expect for the brand and the money. Nothing fancy, but good enough.

Hotel was clean and organized. Room was clean and spacious. Location was nice and safe.

Nothing like the pictures, I'm shocked that it had 3 stars on the orbitz site. I'm not picky and I didn't need anything fancy. As long as the rooms are clean I'm happy but the rooms were the exact opposite. When I pulled up their billboard read 'new rooms' which made me feel good. Everything in my room was outdated. Probably form the early 90s and it all was in terrible condition. The bedding was gross and stained and had burn marks... Probably from someone smoking in bed? My non smoking room reaked of cigarette smoke. I felt uncomfortable and had a terrible nights sleep because I didn't want to move off the blanket I had brought with me. The bathroom was dirty, along with the carpet and walls. I will never stay here again.

Front desk receptionist was not accommodating. Nobody was clearing the snow in the pathway.

Room was very dark even with all the lights on and the coffeemaker was completely broken. We did not call the frontdesk about the coffeemaker but you would think the people cleaning and restocking would have caught this.

The room was fine the staff was friendly and the pool was sparking clean and perfect for laps. Having a deep end is rare these days.

The toilet didn't flush and after they came to fix it, we still had problems with it. Also they don't allow you to bring the breakfast to your room which was a hassle.

When checking into this motel, the clerk stated I reserved a smoking room, which I did not. He started yelling at me, the customer. Determined, I was given a non smoking room, which turned out to be much inferior room than the room I had reserved. Now armed with a smart phone with the reservation pulled up showing that a non smoking room was reserved, I requested either a discount for the inferior room or move me to the room that was requested. The clerk continued to yell at me and refused to provide anything close to what a normal person would consider customer service. The breakfast was advertised as "deluxe", but was one of the worst continental breakfasts I ever experienced. The orange juice was watered down, the pastries were stale, and there was only one choice of a disgusting tasting yogurt. Avoid this motel.

My wife and I were traveling with our two children and our dog. There was one room left which we booked right away through Orbitz. When we got to the hotel, and our room, well it smelled like urine. The tub didn't have a stopper so we stuffed a washcloth in the bottom, so the kids could take a bath.

Sub par continental breakfast. Rooms are ok but could have been kept better. Don't know if this hotel is reccomendable to friends. Thought paid too much for a sub par facility

If you guys serve good continental break fast this is the best place I can think for the price and staff is so kind. Need some touch up but it every where

We stopped here on our way across country. The room was clean, the grass green and the pool inviting. The furniture in the room was well worn and older. We didn't. Office he train that some reviewers mentioned. The "breakfast" was very minimal. Nothing hot unless you made a piece of toast.

I felt deceived from what was provided, and what was promised.

Nice hotel with good breakfast. Quick check in and checkout process.
