Concerns

Normally Days Hotel receives good ratings but this trip I was disappointed because they just seem to not be able to get there TV receptions corrected. I have told them the concern but failed to address issue. I like staying there but if they can't correct issue, maybe time to find a new location.

Property itself needs upgrading and the room had stained towels and a dirty washcloth left on the shower curtain rod upon our arrival. However, the staff responded swiftly with new towels. So, great customer service.

Best hotel stay ever in Flagstaff

The staff was the best part of my experience! Prior to checking in I received a call welcoming me and to let them know if I need anything not to hesitate to reach out. Check in was super fast and easy. After getting to my room received a second call again welcoming me and making sure the room was good. Very professional staff that were genuinely friendly and courteous

Great place to stay

Overall the rooms were great. My only complaint is the stiffness of the beds. I would recommend this hotel to anyone that has a small family since it’s a 1 room. I enjoyed that there was a skywalk to the restaurant that was connected and the food was excellent there.
