Good for a day!

This place was sufficient for one night and the accessible showers are good for anyone to use. Everything appeared to be functioning properly (lights, hot water, television, refrigerator). There were two soft chairs to sit on. They had a clock (one was on the microwave, but nobody knew how to set the time) and a box of napkins were available. I do not like hardwood floors and always bring slippers.

BEWARE OF THE FRONT DESK

beware! even though they say that check-in is anytime after 3-4pm this hotel will cancel your reservation for any reason and sell your room to the highest bidder and charge you for a no show! i showed up at 11:30pm after a long day flying and apparently i had no room. the guy at the front desk with all the tattoos will seem friendly but he probably sold my room to the highest bidder. i had to scramble around and pay more to get a room elsewhere. what a piece is hsit hotel! 30 years of travel and never has a reservation been canceled by the hotel and then charged for a no show even when i showed up! not worth the drama. go elsewhere for less headache despite discounted rates. there’s plenty of other options than this wyndham. pathetic and shameless.

Everything I saw inside and out was dated, run down, and dirty. I was afraid to sit in the chairs without putting down a towel and the mattresses were in bad shape. Bulbs in desk lamp were unscrewed. Shower convertor design is about 30 years old, they don't even make those any more for good reason. Outlet on lamp does not work. Pool looked like it hadn't been cleaned for months. I could go on......

First and foremost, the staff were extremely cordial, professional and helpful. They were very friendly and repeatedly offered to make suggestions and help to make our stay enjoyable. We accidentally left a couple items behind in the room and the staff were extremely helpful in safely collecting them and were cooperative in having them shipped back to our home. I really appreciate that... The room itself was not in good condition. The walls were very dirty, the floors were sticky, the bathroom floor had urine on it and the front door showed damage from a forced entry, which had not been properly repaired. However the room was well-equipped with lots of appliances and amenities to make the stay convenient. The location was noisy, but it was not noticeable inside the room. The outside property surrounding the hotel needs to be cleaned up and landscaped properly. The hotel property should not be surrounded by razor wire, and a makeshift clothesline should not be there. The surrounding restaurants and attractions were good and helpful. With a little work, this could be a far more attractive facility.
