This was very disappointing. They had promised me a certain room and when I got there, Michelle had a major attitude toward me. Instead of just making it right, she complained to me how hard it would be to accommodate. Didn’t appreciate her attitude at all. The worst part was that both days I was there, I saw two separate people blowing their noses in the buffet area standing right next to the hand sanitizer and refusing to use it before going back into the buffet. Disgusting!

Very fast service and clean hotel. The breakfast was definitely delicious and the naturally squeezed juices were perfect to go along with the breakfast that was provided.
Check in was quick. Staff were friendly. Breakfast was a good deal. I would stay there again

Check-in was fast and quick. Check-in agent very nice and helpful. Room was as expected (2 Queens). Breakfast was as expected: fruits, breads, cereal, eggs, meat, waffles.
