Comfortable and clean, I was very pleased with my room. The staff is wonderful. I really enjoyed my stay.

Not a bad value for the price i paid; i just don't know whom to blame when i select a hotel that offers free breakfast then the receptionist says they don't offer breakfast! Dishonest stunt to bring in customers

first of all, this hotel (if you can call it a hotel.. more like a motel), does not look as nice as the pictures. Only good thing was that they offer smoking room, but the smoking room reeked too much. I would think you would at least circulate out the odor and the air once a day but smelled like 100 days old ashtray. For $180 average daily stay, i would expect something much better. Staff was ok when they were around. Really, there is nothing i liked about this place. I would recommend that you find another place. Oh, and the in-room refrigerator was loud as an airplane !

Room was dirty and saw rat/mice in room. They changed the room once I complained they changed my room but still I was not feeling comfortable in new room too.
This hotel was one of the worst I seeing I checked in and the front desk was pretty duty as soon as I walked in the room the light switch did not work, there was dirty stains in the blankets and pillows and bed bugs I decided to walk out the room after seeing this. I told the front desk I decided not to stay at the hotel and explain the reasons why and expected a refound the next day. Over all I give this hotel a 0 not a 1 there was not a 0 option so I didn't fill in the boxes. Wow didn't let me submitted because I have to fill in the boxes so I have no choice other than give them a 1 instead of a 0......!!!!
Every chair surface was DISGUSTING(I even took pics that i wish i could post with this review),like they never wiped them from the day the place opened...i laid a towels across anything i was setting my stuff down on,or sitting on...one chair even broke when i sat on it....I weigh 200lbs,not a weight that should break a regular chair. Worst of all,when i checked in i asked for a late check out,the employee said the LATEST we could check out was 12pm,which i agreed to. The day of check out a different employee was calling and telling me i had to check out by 11am,this started at 10:30am while i was still sleeping. He than started knocking on my door and harassing me until i checked out at the time i was told i could check out,11:59am. Well the employee than decided to charge me for another day,which ill be disputing with my Credit card company. All in all,not a pleasant stay...if i could take it back,i would of stayed elsewhere.

This hotel has everything that's needed if you are looking for a budget place to stay for a couple days in the Si valley. Located near a large shopping area, and about 10-20 miles from most tech companies. The room is reasonably well maintained, large and fairly clean. Free internet and simple free breakfast. For the price it's a good deal for an area that's one of the most expensive in the whole country.
The hotel was clean and comfortable and the staff friendly. The location was perfect for me! I would liked to have had use of a gym however.
When I checked in the guy didn't even give me a key or room # ,I had to tell him what am I suppose to do with this paper because he started to help someone else. The room smelled and was stuffy. The bath towels were stained and looked dirty, had to ask for clean towels. When we left maid turned our AC off, so we came back to a hot stuffy room. Wouldn't recommend unless you're just gonna shower and go.
I was terribly surprised Great hotel you hear stories about Hotels in this price range being a nightmare this place actually they were wonderful And the rooms were nice recommend this Hotel 100% Overall I get this hotel 3 smiles :) :) :)
obvious penny pinching, lame breakfast, could really be cleaner and nicer, staff just not that friendly, ridiculous extra charges for a nominal late check out, never seen that in any other hotel, not likely to ever stay here again
The furniture are old, the orange juice in the breakfast was diluted one morning, the room heater was noisy so I had to keep it turned off most nights in February.
The room and hotel were about what we expected, but the breakfast could have been a little better. They had run out of a few things yet we arrived for breakfast on the early side.

Staff friendly and helpful. Bagels and muffins on the Continental Breakfast would have been nice. Other- wise there was no need to go to try and find a place to eat. Loved the no charge for Wi-Fi. Some places charge more than $5,00 a night. Again Great place to stay. Will return next time we come to California.

Thank you for staying with us.We are sorry that we could not serve you breakfast.We have stopped breakfast due to Covid 19 for the safety of the guest to avoid contacts.On all web site on the top you will find restriction of covid for breakfast and food.It clearly says that each individual hotel has their own policy due to covid19 restriction.Hope we are able to defeat covid19 so we are back to our normal services. On Hotels/Expedia it also read as "Due to COVID-19, this property’s food and beverage options may be limited".

I am sorry for your bitter experience but this is not my hotel because we did not have any such incident or any complaint received.
