Quaint nice hotel , Very clean , staff is extremely polite .

Staff was friendly and was able to check in early. Other than that wasn't impressed. Very outdated. The toilet leaked all night, the room was dusty and the lock on the door wasn't aligned well, we had to stuff toilet paper for Privacy. Wouldn't stay here again

What a gem of a hotel with an easy comute to NYC yet surrounded by local charm and wow what a great price point!

The staff was very pleasant and helpful, they wanted you to be happy. The property however, is old and the buildings look old from the outside. On the inside the building looked ok and the room was clean. I only stayed for one night and it was comfortable.

This is a very nice place, in a convenient location. The only part that I did not like was that I could not regulate the air condition. Other than that, it was a great stay!

Bathtub stopper was broken in our room; I had two small children with me. We made it work.

I checked in a bit early at 1:30pm without any problem. The guests nearby had children who were well-behaved and didn't make a lot of noise.

When we arrived the clerk informed us that there was no rooms available with 2 queen sized beds. There was a party and all those rooms were occupied. After a long conversation it was obvious he couldn't help me and suggested a rollout bed with a king even though we reserved the room months ago through Orbitz. I was told they can't accommodate 3rd party reservations but only with direct booking through the hotel. Finally requesting the manager he said he could give us a king suite and put a sleeper couch in the room for 1 night and then move us. We agreed reluctantly, and after waiting a while he magically came up with a 2 queen room. Said he removed other people. It was a frustrating and aggravating scene. Seems third party bookings are 2nd class guests because they have to share the rate with reduced prices and your commission.

I arrived in the wee hours after coming from a late night party. I was checked in and went up to a very clean room for a few hours of sleep before the noon checkout. Only disappointment was that the room didn't have an individual air control, so it remained a little too warm in the room.

i have stayed here so many times over the years and have always been satisfied. This last stay was disappointing. The parking lot is full of pot holes and with all the rain the side entrance was blocked off. These pot holes have been there my last four stays in two years!! The elevators are filthy. A little elbow grease and a paint job could go a long way! The rooms are clean, staff is nice, overall the place is comfortable, BUT....clean your ice machines! Black flakes in the ice cubes...could be a sign of mold or mildew in the water hose. Didn't use ice after seeing that.

90 degree day. All public areas of the hotel was properly air conditioned, but I went through three rooms before I found a room that was only marginally cooled because the room air conditioners were only working at a minimum status. They are old an need updating, but I don’t feel that will ever happen. I was very uncomfortable.

few hotels in area to choose from. room nice. most staff seemed indifferent. Female at front desk and Rick in restaurant attentive. TV in room did not work. Pool passes a huge plus!! Fitness center in decent shape. housekeeping kept wanting to clean the room the day we were checking out

needed to extend my stay and the staff was very helpful with my request.

I enjoyed my stay but didn't see a lot of other hotel guests.
