I booked this hotel one day prior to my departure from FLL Airport. Being only 10 minutes away was very convenient. The hotel itself is beautiful and clean. However, their AC policy made my stay extremely uncomfortable. Guests are not allowed to turn off the AC. When I asked why, I was told it was because of the humidity, and their “solution” was to offer me another blanket. Really? On top of that, if you dare turn it off, you’ll be fined. I’ve traveled all over the world and have never been subjected to such nonsense. When I called the front desk, I was told I could raise the AC to 68°F… My 8-year-old froze, started coughing, and I was miserable. I never sleep with the AC on, and this made the night unbearable. For this reason alone, I will never book this hotel again. Beware. To make matters worse, the customer service at checkout was cold and unprofessional. The front desk agent should have stayed home. Also...the shower head had very low pressure!

Clean and comfortable room. Quiet as well. The refrigerator was broken which was a disappointment as we had leftovers from dinner. Breakfast was adequate but the eggs were not edible. Coffee selections were nice and the staff was courteous and friendly.

I stayed this past weekend on a solo trip. Facility was very affordable. Facility was very clean. Front desk staff was nice and answered any questions. The area was good, gas stations, restaurants in close walking distance. Area felt safe and well-lit at night. Facility is about 10- 15 minutes from downtown area. I would definitely stay here again. Also the facility a short distance to Miami too (about 25-30mins). I did a day trip to Miami.

I booked a room, should have a king size bed and a sofa bed, but the room only has a king bed with a sofa. The property is broken, the lift lights on 5th floor were off no matter how many times of pressing, the carpet of the floor is moldy. Inside the room, the furniture is broken, can see the metal inside the furniture, the door frame is separated from the wall, liquid dripping from the light switch. The sofa is full of stain, all the metal in the room are rusty. The liners, bed sheets smell mold.The hotel phone is not working, and the door can no close properly, need to close with hard force.

Definitely disappointed by this stay. The rooms felt damp, the towels, sheets everything. I specifically asked before booking if having a pack n play or portable crib was available and they assured me they were and they were first come first serve. Called the day before to ensure we had one reserved and they assured me we did only to get there and they never had any to begin with. The hallways reeked of mairjuana, and if you turn the air down in your room they charge you extra. The only positive is that it’s next to food options should you need it.
