I give 3 stars maximum to this property. We stayed one night pre-cruise and another night post-cruise in a concierge room. The room carpets are old and dirty, bathrooms (not better) and hallways need update to match its “4 stars rating”. The reception area and lobby are decent. Disappointing 🙁

I had surgery and stayed here 2 nites. Very nice. Quiet. Clean. Room service (the burger was one of the best I think I've ever had!!!). Clean parking ramp. I'd definitely stay here again no matter what the reason. Super nice staff! Thanks Marriott!

The staff was fantastic and very understanding to my concerns with the quality of my room. They tried their best to accommodate me. However, this property is in need of some serious repairs and maintenance. It was not the standard I was accustomed to with a Marriott property (for example: stains on carpet, patches on doors and hallway walls, outlet covers dangling, wall light fixtures not properly affixed, ect). I did however like that the hotel was conveniently located to various restaurants and the freeway.
