Clean room & easy check-in. But the amenities were exaggerated/not as described. No hot tub, just a whirlpool, which closed at sunset (5:30pm). Also, room cleaning was inconsistent. No one came during our second day to make the beds/take out the trash, etc. The hotel is a 4-star according to Google, but does not operate as one.

Very dated common areas with worn carpets and visible garbage in hallways and elevators overnight that staff failed to address. Bed was comfortable and the room was spacious but sliding door was falling apart. Pool area was recently renovated and very nice but the rest of the hotel needs some serious cash to upgrade it to its past condition when built.

I stay here 4 or 5 times a year, usually 3 or 4 nights each visit. The location is ideal. The breakfast is great. The room is nice. But the bathroom floor is finished so poorly, it looks like a hotel in a third world country. I paid $350 for a room where the grouting and caulking around the baseboard looks like a finger painting trial by a kindergartener. It is nasty. So, after having pointed this out many times, and only 50% of their elevators working, i believe that I was significantly overcharged and won’t return. I just returned from 3 weeks in China, staying only in 3 star hotels. They made this Marriott look like a slum. Sad that they can’t go through and upgrade the baseboards….

We checked in very late 1:30am and checked in. Staff were very nice. But, we got to our room, we had 2 double beds instead of the King we had paid for. Too late and too tired to go back down and switch it.

Everything was excellent very frendy & fast staff the food at the bar is good too only thing is is my air conditioner wouldn't stay on in the room so it's really stuffy in there and maintenance came twice and all he did was turn it on but it was keep on like shutting off it wouldn't stay on a very stuffy but other than that it was great
