No restaurant on site, only for bfast continental. Also front desk closes after 5pm and no daily service unless you request 24 hrs before. Besides those details the place was nice it was central and very nice beach

The resort was beautiful. Room was very spacious. Lobby has extra towels and essentials. You have to get beach towels from staff. Wish those were sitting around by pool/beach to get. Breakfast was basic and good. Loved how they have chairs and umbrellas available, but get down early to claim one for the day.

The room had a strong Clorox smell hard to breathe, bathtub was dirty, the bathtub was missing the other half of the glass door water was spraying all over the floor. The water pressure was awful. The bed was really bad and uncomfortable, it sunk hard to sleep. The Valet staff was great!! Valet staff was really helpful and attentive. The hotel doesn’t have anyone in front desk after 6pm no one to assist with the Clorox smell

Staff was most responsive to all issues, very professional and prompt. Room was very clean. Continental breakfast was a treat with breakfast personal more than praiseworthy. Only complaint dealowith valet service - very slow and expensive; price didn’t equal service. Beach personnel also above average. A satisfying week!

The bed had no bedframe and was just on the floor. The room felt on clean and we were also supposed to be in a room with a view and a balcony, and we were not.Will never come here again and would not recommend.

Hotel is average at best. Upon arrival you drive into an underground parking area (which is $39 USA/day), no options. You go to your room which is keyless and you get the info hours before arrival. Face to face communication is minimal at best and if you find someone they might be at the small front desk/lobby area. There is no real lobby like most hotels. The rooms themselves were updated at one point but are now starting to show signs of wear. They were clean but not the cleanest I've seen. No real complaints on room or cleanliness. In terms of location, nothing is really within walking distance. You need a car to get to anything and then be prepared to add at least 15 minutes to wherever you are going due to the draw bridge. The biggest complaint I have is that we had our room cleaned half way thru our stay as daily cleaning is also not included and we went to see grandchildren for a few days. Upon our return we found our door ajar. Clearly it had been that way from the cleaning. No excuses here as our belongings were still in the room. The hotel apologized but did little to compensate. Totally unacceptable. As a result we will not be back, mainly from a security perspective but also from a location perspective. The other issue is that the beach area is small and there are no loungers, only old rickety chairs that are mostly broken.

I was very dissatisfied with our stay at this hotel. Upon arrival, the room was poorly equipped—there were no paper towels at the sink, no hand towels for drying your hands, and no basic cutlery such as forks, spoons, or knives. These are simple necessities that should already be provided. Parking was also an issue. You are required to valet your car, which felt unnecessary and inconvenient. When my husband offered to pay for the full five-night stay upfront, the staff refused, claiming their machine was not working. Despite this, they hounded us every single night to make a payment. Eventually, they accepted his original offer to pay in full, yet continued to harass us about paying separately for the valet. This behavior was very unprofessional and frustrating. Breakfast options were extremely limited—mostly carbs and grains, with only apples and bananas as fruit. There was no variety or balance. Additionally, there is no room service unless you pay an extra fee, which was disappointing given the overall cost of the stay. Overall, the lack of basic amenities, constant payment issues, and unprofessional handling by staff made this an unpleasant experience. I would not recommend this hotel.
