Sticky floor where not carpeted, spots/drips on wood flooring, all sheets and pillow cases had a foul odor making it very difficult to sleep. Overall negative experience, and both front desk attendants lacked in helpfulness and proper personality for their job. I took pictures of issues within the room and addressed things with the front desk twice as well.

The elevator was broken "temporarily" the entire week. They chose to work on the elevator in the evening, one night until after 10:30pm. Due to Covid they don't clean the rooms. Yup, that's right, if you want fresh linens you had to go to the front desk to get them. The daily breakfast area was closed down and we were offered bagged breakfast. The pool actually had the light fixture floating in it, not looking very safe. The staff was fine, I'm sure they are overworked and underpaid. The room itself was rundown and paperholder in the bathroom was falling off the wall. Overall, the experience was not great.

This was a great dissapointment for both my mom and I who stayed there. The building looks rough, disheveled and old. The breakfast that is advertised in the website is not existent. They take advantage of "covid" to give you a take away bag with nothing on it. Coffee is disgusting. the room is old and dirty. There is no safe box in the room!. Where am I supposed to leave my valuables? Terrible experience. Not worth the money,

The staff was exceptional. One of the beds in my room was sunken in the middle. Then there was a roach on my bed in the morning. I did receive a refund for that night.

It has a good location close to I95, bed was good and breakfast bad coffee but good waffles and fruit. There were tiny ants in the room ,but apart of that clean and confortable.
