Absolutely Disgusting – Save Your Money and Sanity!
I don’t even know where to begin. This was hands down one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. We paid over $700 for a two-night stay, plus $55 per guest per day for parking, which is outrageous in itself. But the condition of the hotel was beyond unacceptable.
Let’s start with the toilet seat, which looked like it had been chewed by a dog—completely damaged and filthy. The shower was covered in dirt and thick soap scum, making it feel like a health hazard rather than a place to get clean. The couch was stained and soiled, and the sofa bed had sheets with yellow stains that were so disgusting we couldn’t let anyone sleep on it. We had to go out and buy an air mattress for our guest to avoid having them sleep in filth.
This is an old, outdated hotel with no signs of renovation, which would be fine if they at least kept it CLEAN. Cleanliness is a basic expectation, especially at this price point.
I voiced my concerns to management and, to their credit, they waived $117 off the bill—but that didn’t come close to making up for the horrible conditions we endured.
Do yourself a favor: skip this place. It’s not worth the money, the stress, or the disappointment. I wish I could give zero stars.
