Very nice experience

Jay at the check in desk was great! When our room was ready he saw us sitting in restaurant, came over, helped me understand how to pay parking and was so sincerely nice. Only criticism and it’s a big one; never stayed at a hotel that didn’t have free coffee! The machine in the room only had one pod and two creamers! Useless! Room was very clean and bed comfortable!

I’d like to see a freezer in the refrigerator. When traveling it’s helps me keep thing cold when in the car when I can keep my freezer packs frozen.
