The room was clean enough. However, I left my jacket in the closet and as soon as I got aboard our ship, I phoned the hotel more than once and the response was rude and ridiculous. They never called back about the jacket but I know as well as they know what happened. Disgusted.

Everything was great! The shower was a little disappointing an made a floor mess. The staff was suburb. Our front desk lady, I believe her name was, alandra. I hope that is right.
