Transportation from the airport could have been better. Waited 30-45 minutes for shuttle, kept getting disconnected when calling to let them know we needed to be picked up. No good signage on where to wait for shuttle or lines to stand and wait.

Overall, my family and I had a wonderful experience at the Hyatt Place. It was close proximity to the shopping plaza and airport. The ambiance was relatively nice and clean. We felt as if we were at home and ultimately safe. We look forward to our future stays at the Hyatt Place.

Staff let us check in early, as soon as the room available. The free shuttle from airport to hotel is a plus. As soon as we call, the driver came to pick us up within 15 min. There are many fast food restaurants, a small grocery within 5 min walking . Very covenient. Thanks

When we stayed the first time i couldnt wait to come back. Came back and we arrived early told us we had to wait till room was clean ok i get it. A bunch of us waitinf in lobby. Other families came in and got room right away. It is now 3 check in time. I had to go ask about our room. Finally got a room not one i was suppose to have but a room. Other two family's didnt get a room till 330 then my son didnt get his room till 4. 4 girls behind counter and only 1 was helpful. Others were not. Sadly i will not come back to this hotel.
