Finding the shutte was awful. After half an hour of reading signs on the sides of vans, a van pulled up and a driver got out with a small sign that said comfort suites. The side of the van said something else. Very generous breakfast spread, but I do not understand why there's no butter or half and half. We try not to eat synthetic products. The room was very comfortable, but lacked a suitcase rack.

Rooms were decent. Area adjacent to hotel is not an area you would want to go for a walk around. Not the safest of communities. Staff is worthless and rude. Basically it's clean and cheap.

The front desk service was so accommodating I got in early from my flight and they allowed me to check in early I was so appreciative of that because I was so exhausted. I was assisted with getting food that was around the area and a ride back to the airport.

The hotel is reasonably new and feels like it. It again seems well run given it's consistency. The bed was comfortable and I liked the style of the room. Breakfast was as expected. I could see parking getting a bit tight, but we found a spot late at night.

I used to love this hotel and considered it a hidden gem, but my recent stay was really disappointing. The rooms were filthy — the showers clearly hadn't been cleaned, and the space just didn’t feel sanitized at all. The carpets were especially dirty and in serious need of a deep clean. It’s unfortunate to see the standards drop so much. I hope management takes these concerns seriously and makes improvements.
