Everything bad flew back home that’s how bad. The place should be condemned. Gave dirty room and the next room they gave was None the better. Everything broken stinks old broke down and wore out… no deposit required because there’s nothing to break!!!! Stay clear of this hell hole.

1st room was dirty and no sheet urine it toilet. 2nd room was a little better no soap or anything. When asked for soap was told not in there budget. Whole place needs redone it is a run down dump. Had hard time leaving in morning as they rent tgere lot to construction site next door. Stay away from this dump

The walls were coming apart in both rooms we used. The area did not seem too safe for two women alone. There are permanent residents staying there who were smoking weed all the time.......it just felt very unsafe. The showers handles were coming apart from the wall......for the price we paid, it was just horrible.

The photos on Hotels.com are extremely misleading. My room had roaches and ants. They had a twin size top sheet on a full size bed. The blanket was paper then and dingy. The wall behind the bathroom door had significant water damage. Only supplied with 1 washcloth, 1 towel and no soap. I went to the front desk a was told there were no more towels, and they were doing laundry. Bad mattress and pillows. The building is also very old. The only thing nice about the room was the surprisingly modern sink and countertop. Stay away!

Do not stay here. Cockroaches. Awful moldy smell. Trash everywhere. Spend the extra $$ for a more reputable hotel. The ONLY good thing about this place was the guy up front. He was as accommodating as possible in this situation.

I’ve stayed in some pretty rough places, but this one makes the top 5 worst stays of my life. Waaaaayyyyy over priced, No comforters on beds, 2 pillows for 4 ppl, Holes in the walls, shower/tub looked like people had been washing paint off in it. The staff was helpful as they could be but are given little to work with. I would recommend Expedia stop doing business with them until the facility gets some much needed attention.

The room was nasty. Suppose to be a no smoking room. The smell of cigarettes and weed was abundant. No towels or blankets were furnished. Room needed a pair job. The young haitian man in the office said I would be refunded by Expedia as I declined to stay there. I have seen a charge but not a refund.

Every room has issues from a clogged toilet, to a broken tv screen, beg bugs, smells aweful, dirty sheets, maids dont clean rooms properly, lights in some of the rooms dont turn off, heavy prostitution, never any clean linens available no toilets. Over all the hotel is deplorable. Please dont stay here!

Our room was beat up pretty bad. The door looks like it was kicked in and the key failed to open the door every day of our stay. There were holes in the wall and the bathroom floor was squishy. We also had only 1 bath towel and 2 pillows to share for 2 guests. The bed seems to be old as the springs claps. We asked for new towels and more pillows every days and was told there was none available. The good part I guess was the a/c unit was new and we were able to get back 30%

Rooms are not maintained and appear dirty. Black stains all over bath tub, no soap or shampoo, only had 1 small towel. Check in took very long and had to wait 2 hours for a room to open. Environment is sketchy with people just hovering in the lots. Didn’t feel very safe. Tried to cancel and request a refund because the place reeked of cigarette smoke and it was giving me a headache. Still have not gotten a refund from Expedia. Not happy and probably will not book here again.

Had a reservation originally for 1 week. When I arrived, they were overbooked so the room I reserved wasn’t available. The room I go had no working tv or air conditioning. There were no towels and no soap. There were also roaches inside and outside. There was trash piled everywhere. There were also feral cats and dogs running everywhere, and it’s obvious it’s more for long-term stays where people have nowhere else to go. They had lines of people show up for reservations and were telling them they had no rooms and blamed all the booking sites rather than taking accountability. Do not stay here! They were definitely not friendly at least the night shift person wasn’t.
