Very strong fumes that made us sick. So much confusion at check in. We were given the wrong room, than given another persons rolm, front desk kept calling when we were trying to sleep. Had to return to front desk because of their mix up.

very clean , modern, great location - stayed 1 night and had to leave for flight at 5:00AM , missed breakfast but heard it is good

Stayed Jan 19 and Jan 24th, 2017. Both times the hotel staff was very friendly, rooms were clean, breakfast was like any other hotel continental breakfast and what we expected. We would definitely stay here again when we are back in the area. Conveniently located next to a Walgreens so we could pick up snacks for the kids.

Pleasant stay. Comfortable bed. Friendly staff. We liked the breakfast.

Good location. Breakfast area was very nice. Unfortunately the hotel was under renovation which was never disclosed on the website. This would not be horrible but our room was half done and the worker staff were using items that were for hotel guests (at breakfast/ taking up all the carts to unload luggage so had to take 10 trips to unload car). The ground floor rooms had the parking lights shine in thus causing the room to be lighter at night then in the day. The furniture in the room was too big for the space (in fact ended up with a bad bruise from just trying to move about). We had the suite with six people and there was no room to take out the sofa bed due to the over sized furniture. When asked to remove something the staff member said they couldn't. The staff was friendly just couldn't be bothered. But the kicker was the house keeping procedures. Our room was never cleaned the same and that was if they even came in to do it. Our feet were black from just taking two steps out of the shower. Now this whole stay started with them not knowing I had an orbitz reservation thus causing check in to take over 20 minutes. After all this we couldn't get our choice hotel points because we booked third party. A shame b/c we have family in the area and will be visiting throughout the years and will need to find anew place to stay.

Bed was very comfortable. Wish there were more TV channel options. My niece and nephew were with us and didn't have much to watch

very good value hotel close to the beach. I went down to the boardwalk to have dinner and mingle with the locals. very good time in hollywood ,fl. i recommend this hotel

This hotel was great. I stayed here while I was looking to find a place to move into. Room was clean and had a refrigerator and microwave so if I got back to the room early and it was raining I could just cook something up. The location was close to the beach and highway but not too close. Overall I was happy with the hotel.

This hotel is just nasty. The entire hotel reeks of pot, and when we complained at the front desk, it was like... Oh well, people on the third floor smokes a lot of pot!!! The rooms are dirty, everything smells and the carpets are nasty. Tiny dirty pool, unfriendly reception staff. Older guy with an attitude. Never again

This was way overpriced, outdated and smelled. Our room had a mildew musty smell and the hallway reeked of smoked.

Have nothing to complain about at all. Location was central to airport and everywhere we wanted to see be it the beach or the bars. Very close to us1 and i95 so travel up and down the coast was easy. Clean rooms and bathrooms, friendly and cute staff.

Over all the rooms were clean and free of dust and bugs. The A/C worked fine and the beds were comfortable. I stayed here for a family gathering which was only three miles away. I also liked how close the hotel was to the beach (only a short car ride of about 5 minutes). We did not use the pool but the area looked nice. The only thing I would knock is the free breakfast, but I guess in most cases you get what you pay for.

The staff was helpful and friendly, breakfast and shuttle service were great. Rooms were very old and kind of dingy, but clean. Hotel had a small of Fabuloso cleaning stuff which I have an allergy to so I had a little discomfort. I would not go back, but there is nothing wrong with it. Not negative, I would pay a few dollars more for a little nicer place

The A/C buzzed all night...just try and sleep. It was a relief to get on the ship departing from Port Everglades.

The location and price were excellent. The staff was helpful and responsive. The free breakfast was acceptable. The common spaces were in good condition. The room furnishings were old and stained. The mattresses were worn out and needed replacement. Evidence of bugs in the room.

I was pleased with the staff and comfort of this Inn

Stayed here precruise. Wanted a hotel that offered airport/cruise port shuttle service. When we arrived at the airport at 11:30 am, called the hotel for pickup. Took over an hour to get picked up (after multiple calls), which I found was unacceptable. Excuse was traffic, but I saw other area hotel shuttles swinging by several times, so I guess they didn't have traffice problems. Then found out that they have instituted a charge for the cruiseport, which was free at the time of the booking, but they wouldn't honor. Otherwise, the room and breakfast were fine. Probably will use a different hotel next time. For $120+, I feel I could have gotten better service elsewhere.

The hotel was centrally located for my stay. Halls did not smell clean. Room was adequate for my short stay and sleeping. Staff not very professional nor helpful. I asked for a 1 hour late check-out and it seems I was asking for the impossible!! As it turned out I didn't need it, but the experience of the conversation stays with you!!

The complimentary shuttle picked us up at the cruise port. We sat by the pool until our room was ready - we did have the option to pay to have our room moved to the top of the "clean next" list. The pool is in the (welcome) shade, and the beach is about a mile down the road. Drugstore, Publix, and restaurants are right across the street. After our stay the complimentary shuttle took us to the airport. I would stay here again.

Nice size room, clean and comfortable. No decent restaurants or shopping within walking distance. Still feel rooms are overpriced. Shuttle to cruise port and airport a positive.
