The hotel only had one operating elevator. The second elevator was out of service prior to us getting there. Other guests said it had been out since they got there. The shuttle service from the airport. We waited for over one hour. We called them three times and they said they were coming. We ended up hovering we would not recommend this hotel.

Stuck in 2 broken elevators had to pee so bad. You don't put people in elevators that have been broken on and off for over 2 weeks Had to haul my luggage up 4 flights of stairs I will never ever stay there again

The staff was super accommodating. Our flight was cancelled and we needed a place to stay. We chose this one because we already stayed here the night before our cruise and we felt safe and it was clean. They allowed us to store our luggage in a back room until check in time. The rooms were comfortable and worked great for the group of 5.
