The bed and pillows were so comfortable. The room was clean and the staff were welcoming. I knocked off a star because we waited an hour at the airport to be picked up by their shuttle. They went to the wrong terminal. The breakfast area was very crowded with limited seating. The elevator buttons are very hard to press.

It was a good property and we have stayed here before a few times. One of the rooms that we had on our first visit last week the carpets were dirty and stained and in desperate need of cleaning in addition some of the areas in the room needed a little more attention to detail like painting up under the kitchen sink and baseboards which appeared like they had some type of water damage or possible damage from pet urine possibly and the floor in the kitchen was very slippery or greasy and had to be cleaned because we kept slipping as we walked across it. The staff is always very friendly for the most part and easy to check in
