Nice hotel. Have always enjoyed Springhill Suites. Breakfast was tasteful and had a good selection. Ice machines are finicky and spent 1/2 hour the first night trying to get ice. Right next to freeway so if you are on that side of the property you get freeway noises. All in all nice property though.

We waited over 90 minutes for our shuttle at the airport, and this was after calling the hotel 4 times. The hotel was clean, but the staff was neutral. No smiles, no thank yous, no greetings. We were pushed out of the breakfast area on a Saturday morning at 9:29 so they could wipe our table down. Usually they close the food area but let us finish our coffee and then clean up the table area.

After making a reservation several months in advance, I received notification by email upon arrival at the airport that the reservation was canceled. The phone number to call was not functional and when trying to contact the property I was routed to an oversea agent. When contacting the property directly, I was told there was nothing available and there was nothing they could do. I was told a supervisor would call back and never received a phone call to help find another accommodation in the area.
