I love the fact that they had a coffee station available 24 hours a day. They even provided mimosas. Everyone was very nice and greeted my family and I. Very clean and updated. Great location!!!!

A Step Above a Motel

Our trip was ok for an overnight trip before our cruise. Breakfast was typical, bacon and sausage were turkey, maybe that's atypical. 1 washer and dryer on 2 floors, 4 and 6. The one on the 4th floor was $1 cheaper. Neither a big deal, what was a big deal is the outside doors that lead to the floors were not able to be locked and anyone from the outside could walk in without a key. Open access to all, huge safety issues considering it's in a great location for shopping and right off the highway. Anyone at any time on any floor can walk right in, these are side entrances and the stairs lead up to each floor. It's one step above a motel, not quite a Marriott hotel I expected. The pool was blah.

The property was dirty and old needs to be remodeled especially the main lobby and the rooms .there are stains everywhere and the tile is old . This is by far the most outdated SpringHill I stayed at and it didn’t not meet my expectations . The internet is also very delayed

Good size room but dirty

Very dirty bathroom, yellow water and dirty shower. Urine on bathroom floor. Overall do not recommend and we won't stay here again.
