The hotel itself could not be any more convenient if you are doing a cruise or flying. The staff was nice, good biscuits and gravy for breakfast. Only downside was the shower had no pressure took me so long to wash my hair.

The shuttle refused to come to pick us up. We called to tell them we were there at 10:30 and they said the shuttle stops at 11 so they would not come to get us. Then the morning shuttle we requested was told we did not need a ride which made us nearly late for our flight.

My flight ended up being delayed and I got into the airport later than I had anticipated so I called the hotel to let them know that I was about eight minutes away and I would be there. I was just waiting on my Uber. The lady acted like she could care less about having to answer The phone purposely kept spelling my name wrong. Claiming she couldn’t find my reservation when I told her half a dozen times I have my confirmation number. The hotel room is already paid for. She continued to just act like she couldn’t find my reservation. It was extremely frustrating to be treated that way I just wanted to make sure that because I was getting in after midnight that there would be no complications Then she told me I have to put you on hold and she left me on hold for the seven minute drive from the airport to the hotel to the point that I just had to hang up and walk in I shouldn’t have to repeat myself half a dozen times to your employee. She knew how to spell my name. I told her repeatedly I have a confirmation number and she refused to let me give it to her told me at least three times. I was calling the wrong hotel and she didn’t have my name in the system. I don’t know how much more clearer I can be that I have a confirmation number and you charged my credit card I already paid for the room.
