Restaurant staff and food were great. Hotel is showing some wear and tear.

Although I paid for my stay in full through Orbitz including breakfast, the check in agent insisted that Orbitz had not provided that information to the hotel, and decided to charge me, again, in full for the stay, and charged breakfast on top of it. The agent was not polite, did not want to honour my printed Orbitz confirmation, and refused to contact Orbitz saying it was my responsibility to sort it out. I paid and complained to Orbitz. The next day the hotel admitted the mistake but made no apologies. Rude staff is unforgivable.

Very clean and nice hotel. My low rating is because of the confusion with payment. I paid Orbitz and the hotel changed me for the room to. Working with them to resolve the issue but that's just terrible experience.

Wonderful hotel and staff. This was my second time staying here and I will def stay again.

They charge $12.95 for breakfast, then expect a tip. The breakfast is just like the breakfast at most other hotels where it is included free. All in all, I would still stay there again.

The carpet was extremely dirty. Behind the toilet is rust or blood? The shower seat was rusty and looked hazardous. The chairs in the lobby are faded and worn. For the price I paid no breakfast cane with it. The walls are filthy. It was a horrible experience.

Staff is rude and they cater to the broward sheriffs for FREE, however paying guests have to pay full price for breakfast? My HH status went from gold to blue? Have not a clue why. Never again.

You get what you pay for. Just ok! Looks over construction site. Staff was there to do their job, but was there to take the extra step to make you feel special. Rooms need updating in my opinion. Floor in bathroom needs updating. It was Rusty.

I apparently mistyped my dates in Orbitz and showed up 3 days early for my reservation. Since it was booked thru orbitz the hotel couldn’t change He reservation and I couldn’t change through Orbitz either. I had to rebook they the hotel at a higher rate for The correct date. It was my own fault but I am out $210.

Check in was good, comfortable room, should include breakfast in my opinion.
