Fire alarm went off every 1.5 minutes in my room starting at midnight. Tried to call the front desk and the phone in the room was broken. Called from my cell and the guy at the front desk acted like I was being dramatic for even bringing it up. And essentially said “it’s late, I’m here alone - what do you want me to do about it?”. When I came to the lobby in my pjs - with all of my things, shockingly there was another employee there with him. One who could have come and chafed the battery in the alarm or who could have brought me a key for my room change so I wasn’t inconvenienced. Instead Frank lied about it and said he was working alone and nobody could help. Franks tone was rude and completely unprofessional. I hated staying there. Will never do it again. The room was barely tolerable - you have to walk to get to the parking garage that is behind the building (not ideal for a woman traveling alone). Just overall - a hotel that looks better in pictures than it actually is.

Good property to stay at if you are only one night before a cruise. Nothing walkable however if you hope to find anything. Really nice staff. Decent rooms. One important note. There are floral air fresheners plugged in on entry, lobby and restaurant which were over powering and kept us from going to the restaurant more than once. We asked about it and were told by staff that although people had complained the hotel kept them. My friend got a terrible headache. Many people are sensitive to strong smells.

Rooms were clean, staff was friendly and helpful. It’s very close to the cruise port, however, for those needing shuttle transportation to the cruise port, be sure to make those arrangements with the front desk the day before you need to arrive at the cruise port. There are only 2 departure times.

The staff was very friendly. I had the breakfast and dinner at their restaurant. Both were excellent. I had the Salmon with vegetables, smashed potatoes and a key lime pie. Was on the best dinners I had my entire trip.

First, let me say that Bianca was splendid! I had to wait 45 minutes at the airport for your shuttle. Two waves of arrivals came and went and I was still standing there. Not a great start. Wish I had been told at checkin that you offered breakfast. It looked great and at a fair price. But my biggest issue was the strong scent everywhere I went. It was overwhelming, and could be dangerous for people with asthma. Loved your outdoor area by the pool.
