Fire alarm went off every 1.5 minutes in my room starting at midnight. Tried to call the front desk and the phone in the room was broken. Called from my cell and the guy at the front desk acted like I was being dramatic for even bringing it up. And essentially said “it’s late, I’m here alone - what do you want me to do about it?”. When I came to the lobby in my pjs - with all of my things, shockingly there was another employee there with him. One who could have come and chafed the battery in the alarm or who could have brought me a key for my room change so I wasn’t inconvenienced. Instead Frank lied about it and said he was working alone and nobody could help. Franks tone was rude and completely unprofessional. I hated staying there. Will never do it again. The room was barely tolerable - you have to walk to get to the parking garage that is behind the building (not ideal for a woman traveling alone). Just overall - a hotel that looks better in pictures than it actually is.
