My stay at Laquints was ok, buy the elevator needs to be updated..

The place was ok for the night. Very basic place.

Location was great but that’s about it. Hotel is old and when I walked into our room it had a wet carpet smell to it. Low and behold that’s exactly what it was. The AC was constantly leaking. By the end of the 2nd day the whole rug was soaked. Will never stay again.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. I enjoyed my stay the room was very clean and the location was conveniently situated to shopping, mall and the airport.

We had so many situations with our door have to active the key we go out and the last day they offered switch the room but it was late I didn’t want to pack everything and switch the room again. The breakfast was the same every days. And not body informed us the during the week breakfast schedule change, when we went to have breakfast Monday va morning the staff were very in polite and tried me like I’m supposed to know it, when I check in they told me breakfast every day 6-10 I came down every days at 9:30 and monday when I showed up the stuff answered very unprofessional 😒elevator brake down, they change tows and sheets but not the floors

The staff were friendly but the carpeting in the room had not been vacuumed. (It had lint, strings, hair, etc.) The shower curtain wouldn't stay closed which was frustrating and the lighting over the vanity was horrible...I could not even see to shave.

In a quite area away from major road noise. Staff were friendly and professional.

All outside/other rooms noise could be heard inside room.

Nice landscaping. Had to call staff to desk. No instruction about breakfast. Continental breakfast, but expected more. A/C cycled off and on causing sleep disturbance, even though fan was set on constant high. Unlikely to stay again.

Good location and friendly staff. Very accomodating and welcoming.

This property is very old and run down. In major need of renovation.

The mattress and pillows were worn out and not comfortable but the room was clean.

The tablet was put in a different lost and found due to covid-19 and the reason it was turn on so the guest will have a chance to locate their device left in the room by mistake. We take pride in our work due to you were call and your cell when to voicemail, we don't leave any voicemail to respect the guest personal privacy. The tablet was found on Sunday and if you check with your cell phone provider you were call from the hotel the same day it was found.
