Hotel was adequate for overnight stay! Room adequate . Location not the best!

Hotel has seen better days. My room was recently remodeled and clean. Air handling unit was original equipment and didn't heat. I didn't test the AC because of the cold weather that week. Restaurant was high priced and the food was indifferently prepared.

Very clean room. TV was not working. Hotel is ok to stay one night

We had a terrible experience here. Would never go back and would not recommend. We checked in and had to walk really far to our room. Really hard to find. Some cleaning staff were cleaning a room next to ours at 7:30 at night. They saw us coming and never moved anything so we could get by. I had to struggle to move their cart to fit our boys and strollers and suitcases by. We got in the room and it was gross! My husband wouldn’t let the kids on the floor. He had me find another place and we moved. We asked for our money back and they wouldn’t. We were very disappointed.

We did appreciate the fact that we were picked up at the airport and dropped off at the cruise ship which was complimentary.

location is on busy highway, No attractions nearby. Is close to airport and cruise port. Has free parking and shuttle. That is a big plus. Wasn't noisy.

The hotel was comfortable. The shuttle service was great. The hotel could use an update. It served our purpose though.

18-20 dollar taxi ride from FLL airport, night or day; resturant/bar inside is ok, basic bar food.

Great time, great facilities, fast check in and the most important great customer service.

Check in was great. The hotel is old and need renovations. The bed are very comfortable. There was a roach in my room I called front desk I was told housekeeping to deal with it and nobody never came. Ever time somein the next room flush their toilet or shower it can be heard. Every conservation can be heard from other rooms. 2:00 am in the mornings loud noises can be heard. Was very disappointed in the Hotel overall.

We stayed over for a connecting flight, chose this hotel for the airport shuttle and restaurant on site. The "restaurant" had closed early so no food available. The room was cold, heater did not work, and the refrigerator was humming loudly. We tried to call the front desk/operator for a heater or blankets but the phone did not work. The dresser drawers rolled open so one had to navigate around them. The towels were small, thin, and difficult to distinguish from the bath mat. Around 3am, there was yelling and hollering, it sounded like a gang fight in the center of the buildings, until 4-430 am. There was no inroom coffee, bad coffee was only available at the front desk for $2 per cup. Housekeeping pounded on the door, YELLING, "housekeeping", an hour before checkout time. We let her know we were still in the room, and that we had a late checkout, she said she didn't know. Just after 10 am, another banging on the door, same thing. Around 1130 am, pounding on the door, "housekeeping", I was not dressed and answered through the door. She was rude and snide, "I can't hear you", I repeated, she repeated. I said 'for crying our loud....', she answered me --- but she had just said she couldn't hear me? It was harassment. Trying to leave, there was no help available for our luggage, front desk said they could not print a receipt for the room, and the shuttle line was so long, the wait was for at 3 shuttle loads. Many of the hotel guests, including us, called cabs and Uber.

My stay was descent. The weather impacted my trip.

Not bad it could be better it is only one nite I will not come back this first time I have this experience

The picture looks great the hotel preys on cruise port and airport travelers for location DON'T STAY HERE!!

Called hotel from airport to let them know we was there, they said shuttle come every hour, 1 hour later called again man said she will be there in a 1/2 hr, 45 minutes later called again women this time said she would call her and she did show up 10 minutes later. Get to hotel and no one says sorry then get to our room finally at 9:00 we landed at airport at 5:30. The AC didn’t work. Was tired and cranky and went to bed.

Sorry this hotel has potential, but there we're people lottery on the property sitting and drinking in their vehicles. The rooms didn't look anything like online. Beware.

Was a very nice stay overall, the staff were very pleasant and helpful! Would have been nice to have a iron and microwave in the room, but this did not effect my overall experience. 3.5/5

It was a great stay . Rooms and facilities were very clean. The hotel staff was also very polite and professional. I felt very safe the time that I stayed there. I would stay there again and would recommend anyone to this hotel . The free airport shuttle was a very nice perk and was one of the main reasons I chose to stay at this hotel. Thank you all for your hospitality.

Many bug bites around my body coming from bed in room 386. Went to U Miami hospital. Dermatologist prescribed medication and said get out of hotel. I moved to Holiday Inn extended stay. Cancelled last day at Red Carpet Inn

We had seven days reserved. We left after two days with no refund. We just could not stay there. Our room was very humid. We were given another room. It was the same. We had to turn the thermostat to 65 degrees to rid the dampness and it was not comfortable at that temp.

Our location less than five miles away from the airport and close to various landmarks makes us convenient for travelers and we are sorry to hear this aspect detracted from your stay. Should you be in the area again, it would be a pleasure to host you and deliver an exceptional visit.

Thank you for sharing your concerns. We are terribly sorry that your accommodations were not up to the standard that you deserved. It is unusual to read that our housekeeping team fell so short in both service and performance and we sincerely apologize. It is saddening that you felt compelled to leave, and your view will help us ensure that the same mistakes are not repeated in the future. Please allow us the opportunity to make it up you on your next visit to the area.
