Bathroom wasn’t clean

Not to be a hotel, has to be promoted as a Motel!!

No coffee pot, no microwave and no coffee around premises.

We liked the free shuttles from airport and to cruise line.

Clean room with new fixtures. beautiful pool are right outside our window. Staff was very helpful finding us the room we wanted. Staff were very helpful helping us find extra towels, shampoo, etc. No food or coffee or drink . Construction and fences set up outside that looks like it has been here for years. For an inexpensive one night stay near airport, I am very satisfied.

Professional and courteous people. These people are very good business people. I had pre-booked a four day stay there but ultimately picked a hotel closer to the beach for convenience. They refunded the entire amount with no questions asked. I would definitely recommend giving them a try when in Fort Lauderdale. Nice hotel and very reasonable prices.

I had a difficult situation with my flight at FLL airport and had to stay overnight with an 83 yr old in a wheelchair and a 5 yr old child. It was very difficult for me. Red Carpet staff was extremely helpful and friendly and understanding with my situation. Iam so grateful to all the staff in the front desk. They were busy and they still took there time to give me the extra help i needed. Dont remember their names butThank you so much!!!!!!

very rough welcoming-rigid talks- very unsafe

Just pulling in parking lot did not feel good

I decided to book this place to save some money, the pictures online looked okay and there were some positive reviews. I’m telling you now, just spend the extra money and get a nicer room. Checking in at midnight felt unsafe. There was one guy behind security glass and we had to walk outside to our room. The linens looked clean enough but the surfaces were definitely wiped with a dirty rag if they had been wiped at all. Also their website says they have an airport shuttle but I didn’t think to investigate further. The shuttle only goes to the airport, it does not pick up from the airport and the shuttle hours end at 9pm.

Price ok roaches in room. (Not florida roaches, house roaches) Standing water in shower. bathroom door didnt close. Because it was rotted. Window curtain didn’t close completely. 1 inch visible from outside. Showerhead dirty. Water spraying everywhere. When you check in. Host makes a copy of your credit card. And they keep it on file. Make copy of your ID also. Never had a hotel make a copy of my credit card before.
