one of the greatest place i stayed into, very kind and nice staff, front desk people are specially very very helpful in every way, nice and comfy rooms and will for sure choose this place when visitinf again

one of the worst front desk girl who cheked me in, i went to room and it was way to hot in there and i found that airconditioning not working so i went to switch room at front desk and she told me she going to getting it fixed instead of giving me different room even though whole property was empty, repair guy came and i had to watch him for 45 minutes fixing and replacing whole AC unit, i stay at this property many times and everyone is very nice and accomodating at front desk but this perticular lady who cheked me in needs to respect my time amd money or switch her job with that attitude, overall its rundown property and needs update.

My flight was canceled and I was unable to get a hold of the hotel to see if they would let me change the date of the room. No one answered at the front desk.
The room was dirty. Remote control didn’t work. Staff was ok, not friendly.
The front desk informed me that I was allowed to do a late check out. Then at the last minute, they change their mind and decided to charge me a late check out fee.

For 100$ a night I expected better. It was a bit dirty, but the hotel is “tired”. It must of been nice in the early 1970s when it was built. It has the feel of a welfare hotel in the hood. It felt slightly unsafe. Mouse did not die down until 1 am. Try another hotel if you can or if you settle for this quality, then get a 47$ hotel. That’s what this hotel stay was worth. Zero stars,
Very bad and trashy neighborhood with a raucous biker gang party going on next door. Would not stay here again under any circumstances.
The place is not the same as seen in the picture. The room smells horrible and the place it self is dirty.

Staff was helpful, couldn't get issues with broken shower handle resolved but did try. Hotel had nothing but a snack machine in lobby. No coffee pots in room and nowhere nearby for food or drink before 11am (hotel next door). Hotel is being remodeled so when complete might be nicer. Could tell room had/was being worked on. Large gap under entry door and around ac unit. Door frame work not finished and door felt very flimsy. Had to walk all the way around outside of building in rain to access room, elevator in my section not working. Etc etc..
This is a nice clean place to stay before or after a cruise. They are doing a lot to upgrade the property and once complete it will be great.
