The pool was very nice as well as the airport shuttle. Though the shuttle didn't begin until 5:00am (we had a 6:00 am departure) it was very handy for getting to the hotel. I wish in room coffee makers and fridge and microwave would have been available but weren't.

The location is close to the cruise port. Other than that it is not walkable to anything.

What was there to like the place was dreadful and looks like the ceiling has mold but is just painted over.

In 50 years of travel in the U.S., this was the third place I stayed at that didn't have a coffee pot for guests. This is a huge place. Can't they afford a coffee dispenser. I stayed there twice recently. The second time, noisy guests talked outside well into the night. Guess I could have called the police. A call to the desk didn't seem to help much. That said, I did appreciate the airport shuttle service--and it was on time.

Property and a great view and the wonderful pool and easy access to the highway to go to the beach

It was supposed to be a nonsmoking room. It reeked of smoke and people were smoking right by the room. My family wanted to leave, but we had already paid for the room. They moved us to different rooms which weren't as terrible.

Close to I-95 and Ft Lauderdale airport, shuttle tp airport

Took me 1.5 hours to check in and when I finally did Check in the hotel room was less than average

The property is in need of upgrades. At night some of the neighbors kept me up all night being very loud and noisy. Also we tried to get a shuttle from the hotel to the cruise port the next morning and we're told where we on the list. What list? It would be helpful if they put a sign up saying if you need Transportation please put your name on the list very inconvenient would not stay there again. Also restaurant on the property The Waitresses were terrible terrible attitude.

When I went into the room after a few minutes I saw a large cockroach dead by the a c unit . That disgust me . The bar where u hang your clothes was rusted out . Black marks on the ceiling, appeared to be dirt marks . After 40 minutes I saw a large cockroach alive in the bathroom. At that point I went to the front desk and was moved into another room after I checked the room for cockroaches . Never ever.stay there again .

Hotel's phone line was out of order. Could not call from airport for half an hour. Eventually, a friend out of state got through to ask them to pick me up. Also, in 50 years of traveling as an adult, this was the second or third hotel/motel that did not have complimentary coffee for guests. Very unusual.

They surprise us with a 50 dollars deposit , they were not very professional in the front desk , they have too many people in the front desk but they are not helpful

Make sure you call the hotel once you arrive at the airport to dispatch the shuttle pick up service.

Floor so dirty I had to mop it myself (using hand towel). Door so drafty wind whistled in all night. No usb ports, plugs. Tiny bugs on the floor. Towels were shot (should be rags, not towels). Front Desk staff was so overworked they didn't answer phones.
