The hotel was easy to find. When I checked in the remote control had no working batteries, no big deal, I ordered a new remote control. I was impressed with the speed that it arrived actually, however, That's not a deal breaker but here is what is; after being told the rooom had a 250 dollar hold on your credit card for damages the clerk never told me the room was already damaged. I soefically asked if this was a non smoking hotel as I am very allergic to cigarette smoke. The old man smiled and said with an attitude, this is why I am getting a 250 deposit. Well the floor in the hotel room was dirty and sticky. My feet began to itch shortly after walking on it! Why couldn't a small application of bleach be made to alleviate this problem and prevent my subsequent foot fungus I had the next day. Secondly and most importantly! Although new linens had been placed in the king size bed, the bedcover from the 1970s reeked of cigarette stench and was actually much more yellowish brown and way past its exporation date! Yeah so much for that insurance policy by said hotel. Then to make matters worse, once under the cover for my quick 5 hour sleep(I had to leave at 530 am for a flight north) there were an incesssant amount of fruit flies, again this could likely have been mitigated or would be mitigated had an application of bleach been made. I really should think that for only 85 bucks I should have little to complain about for one night, But I would've paid 130 for it to be clean!

Cops was taken people out of the rooms not really why but it was scary, also the staff nock my door at 8 am asking if I call wirh issues on the restroom, customer services at front desk was so horrible,

Night staff could Barely handle the 3 customers waiting to check in. The room had bare flooring, there was no carpet anywhere. The floor was cold and felt sticky, though it looked clean. There was barely warm water to shower in, no worries about getting burned by hot eater, it wasn't even warm enough for me using "full" hot setting. Definitely will not use this chain again.

We spent the night here as we were going out on a cruise ship the next day from Port Everglades. The free hotel shuttle took over an hour from when we called - you may consider an Uber which was ~$12 instead. Shuttles don’t run on any set schedule, so for the free ride to the cruise port give yourself plenty of time. Staff was okay. Not super friendly but they were not rude. The driver was yelling at someone on the phone both times we were in the shuttle - that wasn’t very professional but it gave us something to laugh about. He was friendly to us though. Hotel has been recently renovated. The beds are not very comfortable, and some of the touches leave you scratching your head. Room was clean, but some of the linens were stained. Wi-Fi doesn’t work in the evenings... it is a poorly designed system. Realistically, while not a great experience, it did the job at the price point. My wife did witness some drug deals in the parking lot and the sheriff came thru a few times - but during daylight when we were outside we didn’t feel unsafe. I’d stay here again, but only for one night and only if nicer options were outside of my budget.

Staff in front office very rude. Had alot of problems getting deposit refunded back to me.

All I can say about this is that it is just OK.Just OK. OK.OK. OK. OK OK OK.

Everyone kind and helpful and restraunt is delicious, beautiful rooms!

young latin female check in clerk was excellent....everybody else awful...maintenance guy was condescending. I realize it was during a hurricane, but still. Rooms rented to thugs. Somebody's van was broken into and her hurricane supplies were stolen. I called to see if the restaurant was going to stay open in the afternoon before everything closed for the hurricane they said yes...it wasn't. I also called to see if they had a generator...they said yes....generator was only for office in which lights were on and front desk employees were locked in. Dirty, unsafe, disgusting..thugs smoking pot in unworking elevator....God awful dump.

I was unable to stay in your hotel because of the hurricane. My flight was diverted to Atlanta.

Nice, very nice. Restraunt great food great prices.

I had a good experience.... Except when my son left his toy southwest airplane at the restaurant... I called and was told the airplane ✈️ would be at the front desk by a male employee... At check out the girl at the desk couldn't find the airplane that I paid 15.00 for ... My son and I were very upset !!!

It was a nice & clean stay just a nice place to lay your head

Too much noise!! Bad smell of cigarette..not clean

My experience was great the staff was great Anthony pick me up at the airport make me laugh the whole ride to the hotel very well-respected young Gaby very wonderful she almost made me cry when I was looking everywhere for hair gel for my hair the very next day Gaby for gel from home for my hair not a lot of people will do that and I thank her for that everyone I encounter with was very nice very helpful and answered any questions I had even when my questions were crazy LOL that was the first time I Stay at a hotel on the first floor and didn't feel the need to put my chair against the door I felt very comfortable at the Red Carpet

The hotel is really not as bad as people make it sound on the reviews. The only bad thing I have to stay is that the walls are very thin and we had people being really loud all night at the pool and our kids had a hard time going to sleep. The hotel is simple. The Wifi is good. The outdoors of the hotel is not as clean as you'd expect. But the room was really clean modern furniture and remoled bathrooms, tile floors which is a plus. I didn't see any pest. The staff was really friendly. So if you're looking for a cheap clean hotel close to the airport and close to the beach I definitely recommend it. Is about 30 minutes from down town miami so it was really convenient.

no tpleasant staff was rude Not all info given ay ck in a $250.00 deposet

It was very nice to stay there hotel was very clean also the staff was very good

Staff allowed me to check in around 9 AM which was a life saver. Overall they were very helpful and accomodating when possible. Second time staying here, location is excellent close to major highway. Clean, modern rooms; comfortable. Only complain was that I was next to the stairs so noise was an issue and when asked to be switched they told me they didn't have any more rooms. I always travel with earplugs just in case. Overall, definitely would recommend. Restaurant, pool on site.

Rooms have been updated. Too noisy. You can hear airplanes and other noises. Pool is very old and pea yellowish green.

Very good experience. If you are looking for clean, good rate, good location to airport. Front desk was curteous and professional. Drivers very friendly . Safe driving to and from airport.
