The rooms where clean

Secluded, almost.

The colors in the room. The out the bathroom sink. The noise from the other room. The way the shampoo and soap is displayed and no lotion.

The pool area was very nice. The desk staff that checked us in was extremely efficient, competent and cheerful and friendly. We had an issue with our room, where at 1am the 2nd night the toilet overflowed, flooding the bedroom floor, soaking the bedskirt, and even going into the front room. We had to turn off the water to the fixture, then run downstairs to the desk. No maintenace on staff at that hour, so we had to take towels and clean up the unsanitary mess ourselves. No assistance or concern from staff, even acting a bit bothered to be asked on 2 subsequent trips for more towels. Next day, no concern either, we had to follow up to see when it was fixed, but no idea what level of cleaning was done. No one ever offered to change the room either. At check out, no one asked about our stay, which might have prompted us to give timely, direct feedback. However, we spoke to corporate Customer Service when we got home, they forwarded ticket back to local hotel. Supposedly an email was sent to us, which we never received, with a compensation offer for a future visit. Also not satisfactory, as we won't be back in Florida or at that hotel. Still working for resolution, but difficulty getting anyone from site to return calls.

Staff were friendly and accommodating. Hotel was run down. Needed maintenance. Housekeeping services reduced to E/O day. No longer have bar or happy hour event at hotel. Rooms overpriced for the way they looked. No water bottles in rooms. Had to purchase everything. Hot tub needed repair while we were there. Breakfasts choices were limited and often repeated. Didn't serve sausage until Saturday. Would not return.

Property is run down. Free meals are not appetizing. Most front staff friendly and accommodating. Bar area was not open.Housekeeping works every other day.

Wouldn't stay here again. Not very clean or disinfected. Wood floors seeping water. Hairs in the linens. Furniture (couch, chairs, etc.) uncomfortable. Breakfast looked disappointing. Only stay overnight.

It was a disgusting hotel extremely old I’ll say it never been renovated the furniture is from the 50s The mattress u think it’s made of hay killed a roach in the bathroom dumpster people on Saturday morning come at 630 am their balcony are not insulated so all u hear is highway traffic Their doors r extremely hard to open or close which is not fair for other guests and the TV don’t even ask I’ve never seen a remote like theirs completely outdated and hard to figure it out please if I were u I’ll take this hotel out of ur list ty

I was charged $100 and was told they only was going to hold the $100 for deposit

Didn’t like the area where the hotel is located.

I saw a previous review that said “lipstick on a pig”, pretty much sums it up. We paid almost quadruple to stay in a Saturday night (over $300) when a week night is $80. $80 is more in line with quality and cleanliness. Staff at check in was rude and tried to deny our room because we booked on Orbitz, that she doesn’t “touch those” reservations. Had to get a manager to get checked in. Room looked clean until I had to kill a large palmetto bug in the bathroom. Very out dated, floors in bad shape, pool looked dirty, soda out of the vending machine was hot. The tub bottom was soft and felt rotted out and had a large mat glued to the shower floor covering it up. Won’t stay at this location again.

Convenient location. Nice pool. The only problem I found was a the bad smell in in area near one of the elevators. It was pretty bad, like old garbage

Everything was nice but you could see things needed to be updated. The pull out out bed needs to be updated bad... back is dying from sleeping on it while my children had the room. The TV remotes were dead. But the staff is great. The pool needed cleaned. But overall everything went good and the front desk was always there to help. Everything was closed except the pool of course bc of the virus.

The desk attendant was very nice and helpful. I wasn't comfortable in the room. The couch/sofa bed i didn't even want to touch. Needs to be updated badly.

The pool area was very nice. The desk staff that checked us in was extremely efficient, competent and cheerful and friendly.
