The rooms were ridiculously cold the beds were not comfortable at all. This morning we didn’t get the breakfast because the people watched us stand there and never seated us or even mumbled a word they just ignored us as if we were standing there. I had 2 rooms I felt like it was racism

Enjoyed iur stay at Sheraton Cypress Creek. Ray at the front desk was really helpful in our decision on staying. Mike was very efficient and knowledgeable with our chick in. Staff was very friendly and pleasant. The facility was very clean despite the fact they have construction going on, in which wouldn't even be able to tell besides the fact that Ray and Mike did inform us and you can clearly see once on site. But overall we really enjoyed our stay and will be back soon.
