The staff very helpful....the room was clean and spacious. The furniture can use an upgrade. I stayed on the sixth floor and it had a garbage smell. Overall good experience

Very spacious and reasonable for the price. One suggestion i have is for improvements in the bed linens.

People were friendly. Nice diner next door and shopping area near by.

Lobby looked good very fancy, check in slowed by the front desk person chatting with a friend. We had a suite on the 3rd floor. Torn carpet could hear everything outside when the loud room air conditioner wasn't on , holes in walls that were patched but not painted and paper the front door pep hole because it had been punched out. Asked to moved but said they had no other rooms. Sunday night it wasn't full! Had to order pillows and blankets for the bed as it was not done up. Blanket had huge stain on it so ordered a new one and I was going to give her the other but she said throw it in the corner.

everyone was very cordial except for one check clerk, she was rude and seemed to be bothered that we were asking questions. There is a railroad track which interrupted sleep, but was able to sleep otherwise.

Very comfortable bedding 2 lg screen TV's a plus, small kitchenette w/microwave and refrig great!!

This hotel is an excellent location. The staff are friendly and the hotel rooms are very spacious

My family of four stayed here for the Christmas 2016 weekend. The check in/out procedures/staff/facilities and concierge were awesome. Super attentive/fast acting staff. The gym area and equipment were excellent, really nice workout resources there. We used it. Pool towel replenishment was understaffed, phone at the pool is just for ordering drinks.

Bathroom soap dish fell off, bathroom tub was not very clean.

Roomy and comfortable, however very far from shopping malls.

Booked a stay for 3 nights at this hotel. Hotel was clean and room was large - good value. Yes, the hotel shows some wear but received a good deal for the price. Would definitely stay here again.

very nice hotel, rooms are also nice, very clean condition, staff very friendly specially Julie at the front desk, she was awesome!!! A+ for customer service

Everyone was very pleasant and willing to make our stay a wonderful experience.

Renovated, good price for a Sheraton and good location

The structure and choice of furniture is beautiful. Mattress is memory foam and super comfortable. Room is separated from the living room area which is great for those with children especially since there is a tv in both rooms. Staff is extremely friendly and amazing. Tommy was so wonderful to my children. I love that management is constantly walking around and available. I assume the staff is well paid and taken care of because each employee from management to cleaning personnels, had a smile and would greet you. I had an issue for about 3days where my room key would stop working but one young receptionist took the time and choose her words very wisely to let me know I was using the key card wrong and that the cards are very sensitive. I didn't have the problem since.I had my children with me and let the receptionist know, she placed on the second floor where at night I could hear the peaceful waterfalls. Hotel is extremely worth is. Bathroom was small. Pool area does not look as elegant.

Hotel was quiet, relaxing & staff was very helpful & courteous.

I had a plesant stay at this hotel, the staff was great, the Restaurant breakfast Buffet was very good.

It was a decent hotel. Outdated but from the looks of it that seemed to be the norm for Fort Lauderdale.

This hotel has the potential to be really nice, but its a mess right now. The elevator smells, the carpet is shabby, the paint on the walls are cracked and peeling and there were ants in our room. The lobby was the only appealing part of the hotel, but once you hit the elevator button to go to your room, that's where all the appeal comes to an abrupt stop. Given time, it may improve, but they should advise guests that the hotel is under construction.

Spend 3 days. The front desk staff was very helpful and accommodating. The restaurant/bar staff was tops. The suite was roomy and comfortable. Bathroom was small, but adequate. The door between the bedroom living room was very helpful and allowed us to sleep and/or watch TV without disturbing anyone. The courtesy van was helpful, but it would only take you within a 3 mile radius, so we could not use it for the Pier or Airport, yet it will take you to restaurants, Walgreens, etc. Nice, beautiful setting and the inner court of the hotel was just a relaxing spot to visit with family. Great stay.
