We booked this stay specifically for the ocean view room that was advertised and confirmed before booking — but there was absolutely no ocean view at all. You couldn’t see the water even if you cut down all the palm trees and removed nearby buildings. It felt very misleading, especially since that was the main reason we chose this property. To make things worse, the room had a broken patio door lock and damaged furniture, which maintenance had to fix right after check-in. The condition didn’t match Hilton standards at all. The only positive was the front desk associate, Diane, who tried her best to move us to a better room, and Stephanie, who later offered a partial rate adjustment. Unfortunately, management handled the situation poorly and dismissed our concerns. Overall, our stay was disappointing and not as advertised. We booked through Orbitz expecting an ocean view and a relaxing beach experience — but received neither.

Overall our stay was very good. The location is fabulous with the beach and many wonderful restaurants within a super short walk. We loved having breakfast available every morning and the games area was a big hit for the kids. The shower area of the bathroom needs a little TLC though and the water pressure was nonexistent hence the 4 stars. Overall though we loved this hotel and thought it was great for families.

This was best experience for our family, beautiful hotel on the beach. Everything was perfect. Will gladly come back next year.

Room service was the worst. They were not clean. They would not give you anything that you needed from this. You asked 4 times for towels, you would never get them. You had to call them already mad about it. In order for them to respond horrible customer service in general, there was only one lady at the front that was a little bit kind. And she would try to help, I don't know her name. It might be Stephanie, there's a lot of reviews on her in particular, only her. Terrible to go on vacation and havevto deal with this
