Everything about this stay was perfect! The pool and hot tub were very clean. Definitely will be returning.

Property was in an awesome location! 15 minute drive to beach! Room was absolutly beautiful, soacious and perfect for our family. Employees were so nice and helpful! Definitely plan to come back and stay here
This property was very clean gave it a 4 because the air conditioner didn’t really work that great and the bed was to firm/hard however, you want to put it other than that we just sleep there the pool was a nice size
The room was outdated and not like the picture but the staff was very friendly and bed very comfortable. The pool was a little green so i wouldn’t let my kids swim in it. The lady who serve red breakfast was just the sweetest soul! She said she was raceland, Louisiana but i don’t remember her name. We were there from New Orleans, Louisiana for a softball tournament.
Facility was much better overall than I anticipated. Nice clean big room. Great breakfast. Nice pool and hot tub. Convenient location. Will stay there again.

We checked in, dropped off our stuff and then went to the local amusement park for a few hours. When we came back to our room there was brown liquid leaking from underneath the toilet all over the bathroom floor. The dehumidifier had stopped working and the room felt like a sauna. It was so humid that the sheets felt damp. The air conditioner was so loud and the beds were so uncomfortable that we actually ended up leaving at 9:00 that evening and not even staying because there's no way we would have been able to sleep.

The room was nice for the price, location was great, nice size pool and jacuzzi. Now here is where things get tricky... On 2 separate occasions we had the police randomly show up at our room banging on the door looking for a random person. The second occasion I called the front office (1:30am) to inform them of what was going on. Never did we get an explanation or did the property do an investigation to ensure that everything was safe or that it was in fact not another room/guest in distress. I was also told ( before checkout) that it possibly could have been a drug using “John” calling the police because Prostitutes frequent the hotel. So while the hotel was a decent bang for our buck, I will have to reconsider staying next time due to safety concerns.
You get what you pay for. The hotel is in need of major updating. When I phoned the desk about our first room smelling like vomit I was told they would send housekeeping up to "spray something to mask the smell" and was hung up on when I said this was not acceptable. When I called back the next person was happy to move us to another room. The second room smelled ok but had bugs. Also I chose this hotel because it had a pool and hot tub. The pool was warm, hot tub was cold. Pool was cloudy we did not get in. After complaining about the cold water in the hot tub-the water temperature got fixed but then the jets didn't work. There were never enough towels at pool area. You had to get them in the morning to use in the evening or they were all gone, and there was never but one or two people at pool area if any so I think they were just not stocking the towels. After asking about the popcorn machine never being used they said they only make popcorn on Fri/Sat evening but would make some for me before that if I really wanted some. Staff was fair but not too friendly. Breakfast was decent.
Upon arrival we was checked into a smoking room, a mistake on my part. The staff found us a different room with no problems.the pool and got tub was great, the kids loved it.
Nice hotel. Is a little old and show its age, but very comfortable and reasonable price.
I had problems with the air unit in our room. We were moved another room. After a medical emergency our two day visit turned into a week. They were kind and accommodating. Great breakfast.
