The staff checking in was friendly and welcoming. Only problem is the room was super noisy with parking spots outside the windows so close that it sounded like the redneck truck that started up at 6am was right in the room.
Room was clean and staff was friendly but highway noise made it very hard to sleep.
I enjoyed the balcony in our room facing the pool. It was nice that we can open the balcony door and have fresh air in the room besides the AC, that was a plus.

When I checked in around midnight. There is people hanging out in the parking lot near electric car charging station but their car wasn't electric.

The reservation was messed up. We paid for 4 nights but the reservation was split between 3 and 1 so on check in they said they fixed but then called in day 3 early in the morning wanting us to give another credit card. This property has really gone down hill.
