Cleanliness is very important and Lourdes made sure everything is in order and clean. Loved the decaf coffee and Lorena is very nice and comforting when she learned my mother passed away. This Days Inn is on a busy street but otherwise is a very nice hotel. It's clean, been clearly updated and is a bargain! I'd stay here again and probably will.
The hotel manager was very kind and friendly. Rooms were updated. Outside dirty due to road contractors parking and staying at location.

Yo reserve 2 dias llegue El primer dia entre Al cuarto y olia demasiado a desague le dije a un personal del hotel y no hicieron nada, no pude dormir con El olor, Al siguiente dia se supone q yo plague El hotel con breakfast incluido y fuimos a desayunar y solo nos dijeron cafe dicen qql no hay breakfast tuve q ir a desayunar a Otra parte, cuando volvimos por la tarde no habian limpiado El cuarto y no teniamos ni toallas fui a pedir algunas para banarnos y me dijeron q no limpiaron por que no habia agua , terrible hotel mala experiencion nos ruvimos q quedar por que no habia Otra option.,y con Este olor horrible no se puede dormir no les recomiendo a nadie Este hotel no les recomiendo a nadie , y exijo q me devuelvan mi dinero no entiendo por que Orbitz trabaja con Este hotel no tiene seriedad y no hay nadie a quien se le puede reclamar

Fan in bathroom very noisy. Carpet in front of tv was filthy. Things I do like are the mini fridge and small microwave.
