Dirty stained bedsheets and bathroom shower drain was clogged. Wet paches on the carpet...which was gross. Cleanliness and customer service was terrible.

There were a few areas that I would have liked to see cleaner: 1) the pool area tile/grout and waterdrain area all had mold. 2) In my room's bathroom, the vent in the bathroom was black and the shower curtain had mold at the bottom.

Buyer beware! Even if yiu book with them and subsequently come down with covid befkre arriving , they will not give you your money back.

The hotel was very nice and cleaned. Bartender made us delicious drinks melabu belbries.

Understaffed but they handled it well. Had everything we needed. Especially appreciated the Starbucks coffee and raw sugar available in-room.

Sheraton has always been known as a decent hotel. We checked in at 5 way past the check in time (which was enough time for the hotel to turn over the room from prior clients to new ones) some rooms were not ready. Upon checking in there were no towels in the room, when asked the front desk and housekeeping we were told the hotel ran out of towels. I asked for a crib at check in because I was told I could not reserve one prior and at check in was told they would send one up to my room, I called down again 2 hours later to ask for the crib before leaving to dinner and was told the crib would be put into my room and sent right up. Upon returning to the hotel at 11 pm there was no crib in my room and when I asked the front desk they said oh im sorry but we are now all out of cribs, eventhough at check in and another call down I was told one would be sent up. After I explained that I had no where for my baby to sleep I was told well there is nothing we can do we can send you some blankets and pillows. Another STAFF member standing nearby was extremely rude and dismissive, they were not even willing to send a cot up, I was furious and the front desk was nothing but rude obnoxious and very disrespectful at which point I held nothing back and told them I have never been treated in such a manner. next day I spoke to the manager who was appalled by her staffs behavior and very apologetic, after a night of sleepless hell it was too little too late.

No housekeeping provided unless you request it before noon. We did. And they still didn't come. Shower was dirty with someone else's hair and they didn't come clean it despite "properly" requesting it. Toilet wasn't functioning. But there was no maintenance on staff to fix it when we called. This place is a disaster with staffing. The facility is nice, but the service is the worst I have ever seen.

The air conditioning did not work in the room. When calling the front desk they instructed us to turn up the temperature and slowly titrate down. It did not work!

We stayed here for the weekend on Saturday morning we left the whole day when we came back the room was not clean so we complained they said someone will come now but no one came , we had no towels no soap and they said they were under staff but we paid $480 plus tax per night without breakfast and we had no service Horrible!!!

The hotel interior was nice. However, the outside had a lot of construction (large machines and the smell of chemicals at the entrance). I asked to speak to a manager upon. I was told that the manager was unavailable and that they'd take my number so that she could call me later that day. She never called. The ATM machine in the hotel did not dispense any money but the money was deducted from my account. Their response was that that has been happening and that I needed to contact my financial institution. I asked to see the manager at that point-she was STILL unavailable. I said that the very LEAST they could do was put an Out of Order sign on the machine so that no one else had the same problem as I did. It took them more than 24 hours to put an Out of Service sign on the machine. On the morning that we were checking out, we went to the restaurant in the hotel. We were received with a terrible frown and a look of annoyance and told that breakfast had ended. We asked about lunch and were not given an answer. The man there just stared at us. I will not spend my money at this hotel again. Very displeased. The rooms are nice but the customer service was AWFUL!

though the restaurant was empty on the two occasions we dined in, service was painfully and they seemed ill-equipped to manage our group.

Very nice updated and renovated hotel. New 70” HDTV in the room great WiFi reception . Hotel staff very nice and helpful quick check in

Awesome hotel! We were thrilled with our stay at the Sheraton
