Pool wasn't open, lights from parking lot flashing in our room all night, smell in building and elevator, parking lot was littered with beer cans, liquor bottles and other trash.

Asked for early check in two days ahead and when i got their i couldnt check in. Pool was closed, sockets didn't work in the room. Ice bucket was nasty. Will never stay here again

Overall, it works. The rooms are a bit small and the side door never works, but it’s clean and decent. The staff seems young and inexperienced, but they are kind and helpful. Breakfast was good, but the service was slow on our Tuesday morning.

We booked this hotel based in the pictures on the Orbitz website, bug mistake. There was no jacuzzi, which was a huge disappointment to us.

I booked the room with the tub next to the bed, and I got a totally different room .

The staff were always all very nice and courteous especially Joseph who always went out of his way for the 3 days that I stayed here to help me in any way he could including finding me a room when every hotel room in the town was booked. The crab cake sandwhich is the resturant was wonderful and Bobbie was very nice. I really enjoyed this hotel and the room, but the staff made it more enjoyable.

I only stayed one night but it was a great night. Very clean, nice staff and comfy bed!

We only stayed overnight and spent most of our time in the casino. The staff are very nice and helpful and we like the hotel for being "pet friendly". We will go back as long as they stay "pet friendly".

Room was clean and comfortable and the hotel has a good location close to the casino/race track. Staff was extremely nice and helpful.

Staff at desk were very accommodating. However there were ants in our bathroom, no real pillows for the bed only small throw pillows and the bartender was in casual clothes watching tv , not very professional at all! I would definitely not go back there!
