When trying to speak with Susan at the front desk about why my reservation wasn’t showing up, I felt like I was a bother. I had To call orbits for them to tell me to call Susan. A huge waste of time and run around when Susan knew what happened the entire time. I also Tried to cancel one of the nights because someone who was traveling to stay had Covid. Hotel said no and charged me $203 to cancel. Did not ask to cancel room unless there was no charge. There were others peoples hair in shower, on sink, on floor and in the bed!!! Almost like they didn’t clean at all. Shelves were dusty and silverware in kitchen was dirty.

Front desk staff was awesome. Nice area to walk dog just behind the hotel. Convenient for our road trip. The couch in our room was stained and under the beds there were toys and and abandoned single flip flop, and other garbage … for a very busy sold out hotel it worked well for us …

Great place to stay

My first impression was not good because as soon as we entered the room we noticed the bedspread was dirty. We did notifiy the office immediately,in person, but we did not recieved a clean bedspread until the following afternoon after having spoken to four different desk clerks due to shift changes. Once that was resolved we were pleased with the hotel. We were there for a week and appreciated the fact that you only recieved maid service if you asked for it and we only required clean towels occassionly which we retrieved ourselves from the maid cart in the hallway. The kitchen area was very clean and no insects in that area either. All in all a pleasant stay.

STAFF WAS VERY NICE AND FRIENDLY. VERY CLEAN. THE ONLY THING WAS THE POOL WAS DOWN FOR REPAIRS AND I REALLY WANTED TO SWIM. THAT WAS ONE OF THE REASONS I PICKED THIS HOTEL. BUT, I WILL STAY HERE AGAIN.

The environment is colorful, cheerful. Tge staff is very friendly and tge rooms are clean and spacious.

Lots of storage space , could easily stay for an extended period of time

This was out 2nd visit meeting up with friends for July 4th. This hotel is extremely clean and well kept. The bright colors add to that warmth and charm of this hotel. We did our usual picnic and grilled our food, listened to some music and just chilled out for most of the afternoon. This year was busier then last year especially with families. Much cheaper than staying on the beach and only a short drive away from Dover beaches and Rehoboth. The outdoor patio with fire pit was nice for chilling out after a night out. It usually closes at 10pm but we were told in general as long as it does not get noisy it will stay open. We just hung out listened to music and enjoyed our cocktails. We also went to Dover Downs Casino for a few hours before the fireworks started. Under a 10 minute drive from the hotel. Very convenient. There were fireworks not far away in downtown Dover but the manager told us we didn’t need to leave because we could see them clearly from the hotel parking lot near the pool, and she was right!! We had a great view. The suites are spacious and very well kept. Our king bed was very comfortable; The indoor pool is also well kept. It got quite busy at times. Breakfast area was very busy during this stay but the hotel was sold out and it showed. Their coffee is very good. The staff including housekeeping, and especially the front desk were very nice and welcoming. Looking forward to keeping with our July 4th tradition. See u next year!!

Has no towels in my room staff didn’t resoind to my needs until next morning charged me more then what they were supposed too

Had King size bed and pullout couch, kitchenette, laundry facility for $.50 a load, and indoor pool (though didn’t have opportunity to use)Was a great place and staff friendly. Would recommend and use again when back in town.

Speedy check in, friendly staff. There were dogs nearby our room who would bark from time to time which was a bit annoying. The room itself was very clean and super nice! I was surprised by all of the amenities. Would definitely return.

Room was clean and eco-friendly. Pool was under maintenance. Breakfast was,good.

Has a great time in Dover and at the outlets in rehobeth

Everything was great - but the attention to detail for room cleanliness was lacking

My boyfriend and I chose to stay at the Home2 Suites as a stop on our way to a wedding. I have to say that I was very impressed by the hotel. It's very modern and incredibly comfortable. The staff was amazing from the time I booked the room until the time we checked out. They were very accommodating of our very late check in time (11pm). I requested the late check-in, but also called to verify it with them and the staff was very pleasant. Overall, the experience was great and I would definitely go back to the Home2 Suites in Dover!

Stayed here for NYE and it was great. Room was clean and new only thing I didn't like is that it didn't have a jacuzzi
