The property would be average for a family who stayed for just one night. I felt like I was in an apartment complex

When i arrive to my room. There was 3 men in parking lot without shirts playing loud music..They seem to look like low life people. MY WIFE WAS VERY AFFRAID TO STAY THERE..Another guy was in a car smoking weed.

The floors in my room were so dirty. Wasn’t swept or mopped . The bedding smelled old and musty don’t think they were ever washed.

Not as advertised and too expensive for the quality. The front desk staff were very rude and irritated, we were given a second floor room and there is no elevator so we had to drag our heavy suitcases and bags upstairs, the shower floor was cracked, no extra pillows or blankets and poor lighting in the room. Would definitely never stay here again.

Good location, family-like grounds. Did not have coffee/tea kettle in the room, did not have hangers, did not have plates or cutlery (in spite of having a kitchenette). Breakfast was minimalist and room and surroundings were very tired. Noisy roller back and forth making noise outside in the evening. What it is portrayed in Orbitz does not reflect the reality of the the property.

La ubicación es excelente. La limpieza externa (pasillos y escalera) es cero. Cuando llegamos las escaleras y pasamanos estaban llenas de excremento de palomas y nos fuimos al cyarto día aun estaban igual. No recogieron la basura de la cocina antes de nuestra llegada. Nos cobraron al llegar y Orbitz ya habia cobrado.

Good location . this hotel looks like a labor camp , all kind of heavy construction parked in back of hotel , labores walkin around all the time ...it is intimidating . Miami -Dade Health Dpt.should inspect this place for health violations .

It was good. I felt comfortable. The pillows are to small.

Things under the bed sheets (red & brown) , rocky bed, stains in the refrigerator, dirty tub, smelly (fishy) room, (I switched rooms twice & it resulted in a 3rd room )

Smelled like crap. Worst smell that entire family couldn’t sleep. Never felt such thing in my 15 years of my trading experience. Also bathtub and amenities were very old .
